Characters:
Sakuya Izayoi, "Perfect and Elegant Maid". Ability: Time manipulation.
Head maid in Scarlet Devil Mension. A human that serves a vampire. She have the ability to manipulate time. This includes, like a proper anime servant, to appear out of thin air whenever called, to play magic, using.. uh.. magic? She can call forth items that is from the past and the future, effectively mass-producing anything (mostly knives). She is also skilled at throwing knives, which makes her even more badass.
Marisa Kirisame, "Ordinary Magician". Ability: Using magic.
Human magician. 2nd main character in all of Touhou Project. Starring victim in this comic.
Reimu Hakurei, "Wonderful Shrine Maiden of Paradise". Ability: Ability to Float.
Another main character. Not important here.
This is a power item in Touhou games. When stuff dies, they spit out these. (often with other items, but that's not the case here.)

Oh, I see.
It kinda shows how much work it is for sakuya to set up her knives, as usually you don't get to see that since time stops for you.
