About Depici, Lots of people aren't surpised. Probably some people who uses troll face as an avatar and knows anan zaa about inci voted yes, it's ok no problem. Inci International is an important group but no group is indispensable, they need to know. We are a group, country that has characteristic rules. Everyone who wanna play this game with us have to respect our rules and our people. If depici is a member of Inci Int. everything is ok but if he'll be commander of that group, i'll apply sanctions for a warning.

About Japanese panpas, We brought these panpas and they came here not for pixels for Inci. We'll help them as much as we can and if it's not enough government will pay rest of it. If they see as an Inci member themselves, they'll have credit. But there is fortum chance, I believe people who are Inci doesn't do that. Please let this unneccesary subject over anymore.
