Into the unknown

Let me start by explaining the title. I have been playing this game for a long time. It has perhaps enriched my life and “dulled” my life, and I really don’t remember what it was like to not play eRepublik. So to me, to finally say goodbye to the game is almost like entering into something new. Also, to add to the “unknown” I have resigned from my RL job and will be venturing into my own business. I have worked in my job for 7 years, so there will be a lot of unknowns on the way.

I need to put the cap on the game. I will be finishing my term as congressman, but as soon as that is up – I will not log into this game again EVER!!!!!

So, as I say that, and I admit it is with a heavy heart I would like to reflect on my time here.

The game has enriched my life in so many ways. I have made good friends in the game and I promise that I will always be hanging around IRC chatting to you guys. I have learned to write articles. I am sure that will come in handy in my life. I have leaned to lead. My time as CP will always be my proudest. It was by far the climax of the game for me.

I would like to thank a few people that really stood out to me in the game: Ines Schumacher, you were there for me when I had real life issues and you listened to all my problems, you were also there for me during this whole game, and I will always be thankful. Former President Jizzie, you were my first friend. Gabe, you always stood out as a player to me. Siroe – We had some times, did we not? Knickerball, you are kind of like the mother to all in this game, but open minded enough that I could call you Babe and get a lol out of you 🙂, Mulderpf, You are truly dedicated and I was proud to have known you, and finally Peaceman or as he is known ingame, Michael Dell, you are a truly good person, good luck to you.

It was an absolute pleasure knowing you all.
