Should we be wiped, is there policy regarding the best course of action?
Seen lots of articles about how to click, but nothing regarding occupied resistance. Should we for example stop all work to negate tax benefits to eFrance?
Any useful tactics?

I beleive that we just lower our taxes to 1% and if we get denied congress then the previous congress stays in power. Otherwise we just do RW's until they run out of money and our allies help us
Taxes are at 1% anyway, I believe, just to annoy the Frenchies. We could all stop working, I suppose, but that might harm us as much as them.
Taxes are moved to 1% (they already are I think) so we don't have to worry about working so much. I'm not sure how much they still get though. I would say listen to orders about which RWs to start but now that I think about it I don't think we really get orders for that (because the enemies will just start one somewhere else if they hear our plans).
CC covered it, France can mess up any plans by starting their own RW so it has to be done in secret. I will talk to cab, but i'd say do your utmost to p!ss off the french
