Every minute one side has over 50% control will award the side with X number of points
where X is:

0-30 minutes into the battle, 10 points at every minute;
31-60 minutes into the battle, 20 points at every minute;
61-90 minutes into the battle; 30 points at every minute;
91-120 minutes into the battle, 60 points at every minute.
according in this rule, the side who has 50% bar control will award the side with 60 point in last minute or 120 minutes.

thats not the point. (because that 52% we see could be less if refreshed)
however
the point is,
how a 5 million bomb push the wall over 2% when the top five on Indo side is over 150 million?

bandi0717 was right...5M bomb ca't push the wall that far...except 3 or 4 times 5M bomb launch in same time...
to gain the last minute 1770-1780, Indo side need more hit to quick the point..less hit event 52% for indo in last 40 sec, little chance to finish round..

No one gets a point at 120. Whomever has the most accumulated points at 120 wins automatically.

By the RULES made by Plato you need 1800 points to win the round... how can you not count last minute's 60 points and give the round to the country with 1780 points....

1780+1760 = 3540

60 points are missing from the total 3600 in 120 minutes... this whole BS came with the intro of Divisions
