In a comment in a previous article I wrote I said I would be leaving Bolivia soon. I have changed my mind and think I will stay a while. I will probably not write anything of substance for a while. I think I will read other papers to find out more about Bolivia. I may pose a question every once in a while if I am confused about something. Thank you Bolivia.
