Are you a bright and motivated shareholder who wishes to contribute to the future success of Ghinsberg Holding? Then you should apply for one of the vacant positions as Board member of Ghinsberg Holding. The Board of directors main task will be to help the Chairman analyse and execute strategical business decisions. The board will communicate through a closed forum and occasionally meetings will be held in Ghinsberg Hall.

Who we are looking for?
The most important characteristic is that you are motivated and interested in business and ERX. Besides this you need a skill, currently I need writers, programmers and economic advisors. I have two candidates and am looking to take on another 1-2 people of their skills are the right. If you have any other skill you feel can be of use, you are also welcome to apply! All ideas are good ideas!


What will the Board do?
Basically everyone on the board will have a specific duty, like writing, coding or just help the Chairman analyse and execute strategical business decisions. Payment will be none to very low, preferably you own shares and thus have a interest in the company. However, for specific jobs like programming or writing, there will be salary.




How to apply?
Everyone’s allowed to apply, even though you are not a current shareholder of Ghinsberg Group. The majority of seats are reserved for shareholders, though one exception can be made if the candidate is right. Please state the following in your application. Only applications in English are accepted. Deadline for application is 22th July 2010.

- State previous experience of running business in erepublik. State location and quality.
- Are you currently a shareholder of GBG and if, under what account are shares held?
- Make sure to specify what position you are applying for!
