Races to the bottom can be described in game theory by the prisoner's dilemma. This is an exercise in which the optimal outcome for the entire group of participants results from cooperation of the participants, but it is put in danger by the fact that the optimal outcome for each individual is to not cooperate while the others do cooperate.
hm, Race to the bottom! we produce many more q7 food than we need, if we all put in a minimum price we can sell for we would all make money, but if we fight each other by lowing prices we will be able to sell faster thus making ourselves money while the others are not able to sell.
but i do not believe in government controls, so lets work together, or i am going to get angry, and then i will make q7 food not profitable. and buy your factories then make it really profitable when i own all the factories!

Q7 food is never profitable.
how have you done your math? sell q7 for .6 and make 180=108cc
3600 raw required at .02=72cc
can pay employees 36.
but only pay 14 so 24 =cc profit
