Football - cheating and corruption

No this isn't a rant about how league football is unfair, this is a rant about non-league football and how it is unfair

This afternoon I went to see a local football club (Brighouse Town) who were playing against a newly promoted, fairly local team (Albion Sports) in the 'Toolstation Northern counties Premier league', the first match of the season

So what happened?
Well Albion Sports went 1-0 up via a fluke goal in the first 10 minutes, Brighouse equalized about 5 mins before half time

After Half time Albion Sports scored 2 goals, fairly but what happened next was disgraceful.
With Brighouse town on the counter attack looking dangerous, they were taking on and beating defenders and then at the top of his voice the Albion Sports captain shouts 'take him out!' (Foul him deliberately) the referee must have heard it, the linesman must have too, sure enough the Albion Sports player 'took him out' but did the referee do anything, no, did the linesman, no

Later on, the same incident happened, this would leave the referee in no doubt that it was a player who shouted it and not a fan but yet again, despite knowing that they were deliberately fouling the opposition, the referee did absolutely nothing, giving Brighouse nothing and giving Albion Sports a freekick at every opportunity

Albion Sports went on to win the match 3-4

Is that justified?

Is cheating really going to be accepted just like that?
