Dear citizens of the eWorld,

It is my honor to talk to you today, as a newly elected MoFA of eJapan, for the first time in my eLife.

As you already know, eJapan is a farmland paradise for many.
We are happy to help people from around the world earn some extra gold, however, we have to establish some rules for the future:

1. Aircraft battles:

TW partners and allies - T5
Others - T20

2. D4 ground battles:

TW partners and allies - T20
Others - T60

3. Lower divisions:

Countries that are participants in a current battle - T0
TW partners and allies - T5
Others - T60

We kindly ask you not to hit before the written timing, otherwise your medal may be endangered.
Keeping the walls right is a MUST!

all this is good but you simply have no way of knowing when someone has hit. if an enemy has hit in air at T-5 and you arrive at T-22 and you see him in the medal list, what are you gonna do? Steal or not steal?

Just in case you think when you get hunted in here it's due the alliance you support to.

What Code/Asteria have with this, rules are for all, most stealers comes from Serbia, then Argentina. They will steal, doesnt matter where are they.
