Greetings my fellow Americans:
This month we have seen an uptick in activity, especially on the military front. At this stage of the game there isn't much left to do but collect experience and increase your war rank. We've been assisting our allies in CODE, which is always a good thing, and our Congress has been busy working on rebate programs to return much of the tax money collected from our bustling industry back to the workers. Well done Congress!
Throughout the month things have been moving along much like they always have, however, there is one area of strife that I cannot help but feel is holding us back as a nation. One area where we have been lacking. That area is communication and collaboration. In order for our nation to progress smoothly, we need both branches of our government to interact well with each other. The Executive branch and Congress must work together fluidly in order to facilitate smooth operations. This was not the case with Chickensguys and Congress.
This article is not an attempt at character assassination, for our current CP does not need any assistance in that regard. Rather this article is an announcement of my candidacy for the highest and most respected office in the land. A promise to not only continue to provide the level of activity our players desire, but to improve on communication and collaboration with Congress, and to roll out new Dividend and Rebate programs which make it easier for our citizens to get more of their hard-earned cash back in their pockets where it belongs!

I wish that you had your act together as you state, "provide the level of activity our players desire, but to improve on communication and collaboration" to have participated in the tCP party nom process.
We even held it open longer due to the holiday. Only one potential candidate received the 2 noms and that candidate has won our endorsement, per our party rules

That's right, you just wandered in here a few weeks ago and have well formed opinions about elites blah, blah... As you well know, the party you belong to publicized our nominations and Dinnyin was not nomed at all. We had hopedhe would be so we could have a party primary. But as I said, there was only one nominee. Dinnyin is a big boy, he would be the first to point out a shortfall of many tCP members had things been reversed...I think he can take it since he certainly can dish it.

I do apologize for my seemingly late announcement. The only thing I can say in my defense is that at least I took the time to write an article, instead of leaving my announcement as an afterthought in another article that was only just released yesterday. So, somehow I missed your primary in the 10 hour time difference between articles? That is a shame. Perhaps we can all do better next time?

Animis, I have always believed in the Democratic process where all concerned voices are heard. Whatever your party's processes, if they are questioned by a member, please know that I wish you a swift resolution that satisfies the necessary compromise that is needed.

Despite concerns by all.. CG has done a great job. He's active in the media, he's active in the alliance channels and he's getting things done on the battlefields.
One of the 3 or 4 more active US CP terms in years..
If your interest were actually aligned with those of the US player base and her allies, you wouldn't even be running.

I appreciate your critique Colin. As someone who is certainly aligned with his own self-interests I can appreciate how you would make this observation. However, I also know you to be a person who only cares about getting the job done, regardless of the toes you step on to get there. That is one area where you and I will never be the same.
I'm certain there are a lot of people who believed that CG would never do what he has been doing this month. As someone who has seen his behavior manifest from seemingly mild mannered to "rip your throat out" in a matter of minutes, I feel comfortable in asserting that like all things, this too shall pass.
Always amazes me how someone can put so many words together and not actually say anything..

Colin, it's not like he was kicked out. In fact, those forums had welcomed him back. He then PTOed the only party which supported his removal from the Blacklist. Then once Chicken had the power in the WTP he very loudly and publicly left those forums.

We used to take over domestic parties for sport.. it's not yours unless you can defend it. Top 5 parties at each others throats.. idk when you guys quit playing the game and made up these silly rules where ppl had "rights" to own parties.
We've been friends a long time, dont forget who you are and what you believe as a person just because it was "your party" and you're mad at one individual.

It is not completely about the party. I supported his removal from the Blacklist and he turned around and very noisily left them once he was secure in the WTP. I even supported his election as SFP Party President only to have him take over and try to totally remake the party. Also, it wasn't just a few members who stood against him, in fact, the only ones who did not oppose him were the members he imported. I take it personally when my support earns me a slap in the face.
Just recently he took credit for a rebate program he claimed was his idea and that he would be personally financing...both of which were flat out lies. Congress both created the program and financed it for a limited test run. I would say that alone makes him a backstabbing self-serving lier.
Very questionable to be honest.

and then, you proceed on saying that:

so, you claim that this isnt a character assasination attempt through libel and false accusations, and yet you accuse mr chickensguys (your current CP), of being ''unable to communicate'' and to ''not needing any assistance in doing his own [character assasination]'' (i.e. damaging his own name).
i might not be an e-USA player, but i've been watching e-USA's actions and recent successes in wars/politics/economy, and i've also noticed that chickensguys, your current CP, has done, as mr colin lantrip 3 has wisely state😛

and yes, i've noticed that as well.
mr CG might not be perfect for some people, but he IS an active CP of e-USA, and he DOES care for his e-country, as its shown by his recent actions during his presidency.
furthermore, he posts important articles and information on an almost daily basis, both on his newspaper articles, and on the alliance's topics as well.
so, if you wish to run as a ''fair and good'' CP nominee, then you should first stop falsely accusing your CP rivals/other nominees, and start showing to the people, what are your (good) plans for them.
what will you improve? what will you change? what will you maintain+keep the same?
the people need a good, informative article about your plans as a potential CP.
they dont need slander, false accusations and libel.
