In a surprising win today in the first round of the Irish Football League playoffs FC Faustian crushed Gormley's Rebels 8 to 0. It was only the second loss of the entire season for the Rebels who were the odd on favorite to win the entire championship easily. With the win Faustian needs only one more win to win it all. As an added bonus the prize money for winning is being increase to 2000 IEP due to a donation by former Minister of Community James Keiller. His donation will go towards this and other sporting events in Ireland.
