Dear new citizens,

First of all you have to know that, being a company owner mostly is not that profitable. There are a lot of companies out there and because all of them try to survive the profit margin remains very very low. Also there are companies that sells their products at a loss to force companies that are low on cash to go bankrupt. So if you are new here, if you don't know the economy module very well, if you don't have a huge cash, don't go crazy to own a company 🙂.

Now lets look to the other side of the medallion, what will happen if you work in a company with low wellness:

The Production Formula on eRepublik Wiki: A * (3.6 + (B * 0.4)) * C * (1 + (Bo/100)) * 8

As you can see, the productivity formula is dependent on too many factors, but the important one is C for us now:

C = 1 + 2 * Health / 100

So what these formulas show? If you work with 100 wellness, the wellness factor becomes 3, but if you work with 0 the factor becomes 1.

Lets pretend that you are working for a company that gives you 16 try sallary and has a profit of 2 try over you. This means that the company sells your daily production for 18 try.

Now lets pretend that you work for the same company but now with 50 wellness. The wellness factor was 3 for 100 wellness, and now it is 1 + 2 * 50 / 100 = 2.

As you can see, your productivity decreases 33% for a 50 point decrease in wellness. Your productivity is the main factor for your economy skill gain, so with working low wellness you are gaining low skill points and your company loose a lot of money. In this case because there is a 33% decrease, your daily production will be sold for 18 * 2 / 3 = 12 try and company will lost 4 try, because your sallary was 16 try.

Working with low wellness damages not only you or your company owner, it also damages your country. If you look at the "Companies for sale" section and sum up the company prices you will see that even in your own country thousands of golds are burned out with the desire to own a company.

If you want to help your country:

1- Don't try to own a company before you have enough cash and understand the concepts of economy module
2- Don't rush to "Create company" page, first go to "Companies for sale" section and pick the one that mostly suitable with you. Don't forget that you can change a company's every detail except the company's region.
3- Please work with high wellness

In future, when you have your own company you will remember this article with a smile on your face 🙂. So please don't be selfish, and be a good citizen.

Öncelikle bilmeniz gereken bir şey var ki, şirket sahibi olmak düşündüğünüz kadar karlı bir iş değil. Şimdi de aynı işte 50 sağlık ile çalıştığınızı düşünelim, sağlık çarpanınız sağlığınız 100 iken 3'tü hatırlayacağınız üzere, peki 50 iken ne oluyor, 1 + 2 * 50 / 100 = 2.

Yani sizin sağlığınızı 50 puan düşürmeniz üretiminizde %33 lük bir kayba yol açıyor. Ekonomi skillinizin gelişiminde tek etken faktör de üretim puanınız olduğundan, hem siz daha geç gelişiyorsunuz hem de şirketinize 18 yerine 12 liralık mal kazandırmış yani 4 lira zarar ettirmiş oluyorsunuz.

Düşük sağlıkla çalışmanız sadece size ve şirketinize değil, dolaylı yoldan devletinize de zarar veriyor. Şu an battığından dolayı satışa konmuş olan şirketlerin altın değerlerini toplasanız sadece Türkiyede bile onbinlerce gold'un şirket açma hevesiyle yanıp gittiğine tanık olabilirsiniz.
