Congress are you for real right now stop proposing work tax changes

Day 3,388, 14:07 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Addaway

Right that’s enough now, we have had three different tax rates in the past week, and four different proposals. We need to talk about how we use our in game buttons.

British Patriots, if you want to have low taxes then that’s fine, agree a proposed tax rate and then get it passed. It’s no good agitating for low taxes, proposing 2%, passing 2% and then immediately deciding that wasn’t good enough and proposing it go down to 1% barely a few hours later. For gods sake.

Now we can keep fannying about with WT all month as it gets proposed to go up and down and back again, or we can actually talk about what people want for the rate and try and understand why people feel the way they do??

Clearly, the argument for having a high(er) tax rate is to build up the eUK’s reserves to the conventional 1m cc maintained for use when bad times are a-coming our way. I haven’t a clue what we are on at the moment as nobody from the govt has graced us with those figures. Once we get to that 1m figure then I think none of the high-tax supporters would have an issue lowering it down to 1 or 2%, whichever is the sum needed to fund our MPP stack.

This isn’t a particularly revolutionary idea, and whether you agree with it or not can’t we just have it discussed and then vote and achieve some kind of consensus? Constantly screwing around with the tax rate is no way to run the eUK.

I ain't gonna complain if we have a debate and decide it would be better to put taxes at 1%, that's fine, but lets at least talk and weigh each side, before deciding for the long term. Not this bs.

Either BP can decide to engage with actual debate on the issue and we can resolve it in whichever direction, or the entire term can be taken up with proposal and counterproposal on tax.

Okay?
