Citizenship Request Process

Day 930, 08:52 Published in Ireland Ireland by Irish Development Fund

Hello,

For all people requesting citizenship in eIreland they must all go through the same process no matter what the circumstances are.

To have a request processed each applicant must complete the following form,

https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&pli=1&formkey=dEFqclMyR3l5b1o0Qy00cjNlQ1pfaWc6MQ#gid=0

Once this form has been completed in full and returned to the ministry the immigration minister can then begin the process, it can not be processed unless the form is returned. When the process begins the minister will check all information given which depending on the amount of requests can take up to a few days. We understand that people may want it to be done quickly so they can begin there new elife in Ireland, but we must fully check all applicants so we hope you can bear with us if it takes a bit of time. If you request is not processed by the time your application expires....do not worry because if you sent in the immigration form you can re-apply and we will not ask you to fill it in twice. You also wont be left until last if you need to re-apply, we will deal with requests in the order we receive the immigration forms.

We request that you be as open with your answers as possible as we can not accept citizens who do not provide valid information.

When a request is made, the minister will pm you...you must reply to this to state that you will fill in the form...if you do not the application wont be processed.

If you have any questions or need any help, feel free to send a mail to the ministry or contact myself.

Regards,
Marcus Suridius
Irish Minister of Immigration
