Buenas a todos!
Después de 10 dias de gobierno, creemos necesario informar a la población de los puntos más relevantes que han afectado a la presente legislatura. En primer lugar, el nuevo Gobierno ha intentando poner en marcha nuevamente el ritmo ordinario de las instituciones cubanas. Éstas llevaban varios meses en un nivel de actividad mínimo, tanto el propio Congreso y su Mesa como determinados departamentos ministeriales. Consideramos que poco a poco y con la ayuda de todos, las instituciones del Estado comienzan otra vez a desarrollarse en plenitud.
La segunda labor fundamental que hemos acometido ha sido la puesta al día de las cuentas del Estado, corrigiendo los pasados problemas de comunicación entre gabinetes y las dificultades impuestas por la salida inesperada de uno de los anteriores Ministros de Economía. Para ello hemos tenido que afrontar el pago de 4,1 millones de cc en concepto de devoluciones por alquileres de recursos pendientes de pago por los últimos 3 meses. Como consecuencia fundamental de esta situación, la ORG estatal afronta un problema de liquidez importante, contando con un presupuesto insuficiente de 400k cc. El Gobierno continúa trabajando con el Congreso en busca de una ley que regule un techo presupuestario para el CT y asegure una liquidez suficiente en la ORG. Mientras tanto, pedimos a los señores congresistas que todavía conserven capacidad para lanzar leyes, que propongan donaciones del CT a la ORG para que ésta tenga cc con el que hacer frente a pagos inmediatos de subvenciones y otros gastos.
En el área de Asuntos Exteriores, hemos cambiado el recurso a alquilar con Eslovenia, pasando de la salitre al ciervo, conservando el acuerdo anterior vigente por tratarse de los mismos porcentajes y condiciones. También hemos alcanzado un acuerdo con Canadá sobre el hierro. Canadá tendrá su región con bonus ocupada, por lo que este mes no les interesa alquilarnos el hierro. Sin embargo, pretenden continuar alquilándonoslo en meses venideros, por lo que nos pagan 20k cc para volvérselo a alquilar a ellos el mes que vuelvan a disponer de su región con bonus. Durante este impás de tiempo, el Gobierno alquilará el hierro a un tercero. Ahora mismo, tenemos disponibles los recursos del aluminio y la salitre, para los cuales continuamos trabajando en busca de un arrendador.
En Defensa, hemos acordado con Venezuela retomar la TW “ping pong”, por la que Cuba solo tendrá que ganar las batallas que se libren por la región de Oriente. Con Portugal hemos acordado liberar Western Cuba y volver a la TW “ping pong” ganando Cuba las batallas de Oriente. En Nigeria, la TW continúa con normalidad (ganamos en la directa y perdemos las RW). Entre los movimientos de AAEE y Defensa, el Gobierno garantiza un fortalecimiento de las relaciones de Cuba en el panorama internacional, gozando de una suficiente seguridad defensiva y de TW con las que poder continuar creciendo como soldados.
En el área de Educación y Asuntos Sociales, estamos trabajando en una encuesta a la población cubana con el fin de adecuar lo más posible las futuras políticas públicas a las necesidades ciudadanas. También, sobre la idea de conocer qué jugadores cubanos estarían interesados en formar parte de un grupo de formación avanzado y personalizado. En el apartado de Cultura, hemos desarrollado el primer concurso del mes, de temática periodística, recogiendo una notable aceptación y participación entre la ciudadanía. Además, muchos conciudadanos nos han brindado su apoyo donando al Ministerio importantes sumas de pan y cc para futuros concursos.
Por último, nos gustaría hacer una llamamiento a la población para que ésta continúe trabajando por la integración, la participación y la igualdad entre todos los ciudadanos de Cuba. Somos conscientes de las dificultades por las que hemos pasados estos meses en multitud de áreas de la vida del país. Sin embargo, somos contrarios a buscar culpables y trabajamos asumiendo nuestras responsabilidades de gobierno día a día para mejorar la situación, fomentando una comunidad sana en la que poder jugar con tranquilidad y confianza.

After 10 days of government, we will inform you with the more important data that happened in the first days of legislation. In the first place, the new Government has tried to start against the ordinary rhythm of the Cuban institutions. These were carried out several months at a minimum level of activity, both the Congress itself and its Bureau as well as some ministerial departments. Consider that little by little and with the help of all, the institutions of the state will work again.
The second fundamental task that we have undertaken has been to update the accounts of the State, correcting the past problems of communication between cabinets and the difficulties imposed by the unexpected departure of one of the previous Ministers of Economy. For this we have had to face the payment of 4.1 million cc in respect of refunds for rent of outstanding resources for the last 3 months. As a fundamental consequence of this situation, the state ORG faces a significant liquidity problem, with an insufficient budget of 400k cc. The Government continues to work with the Congress in search of a law that regulates a budgetary ceiling for the TC and ensures enough liquidity in the ORG. Meanwhile, we ask the congressmen who still have the capacity to launch laws, to propose donations from the TC to the ORG so that it has CC with which to face immediate payments of subsidies and other expenses.
In the area of Foreign Affairs, we have changed the resource to rent with Slovenia, going from the saltpeter to the deer, keeping the previous agreement in force because it has the same percentages and conditions. We have also reached an agreement with Canada with the iron. Canada will have its region with bonus occupied, so this month they are not interested in renting iron. However, they intend to continue renting it in the coming months, so they pay us 20kcc to rent it back to them the month they return to have their region with a bonus. During this time, the Government will rent the iron to a third party. Right now, we have available the resources of aluminum and saltpeter, for which we continue working in search of a landlord.
In Defense, we have agreed with Venezuela to resume the TW "ping pong", for which Cuba will only have to win the battles fought in the Oriente region. Also, about the idea of knowing which Cuban players would be interested in being part of an advanced and personalized training group. In the section of Culture, we have developed the first contest of the month, journalistic, collecting a notable acceptance and participation among the citizens. In addition, many fellow citizens have given us their support by donating important amounts of bread and cc to the Ministry for future competitions.
Finally, we would like to appeal to the population to continue working for integration, participation and equality among all citizens of Cuba. We are aware of the difficulties we have gone through these months in many areas of the country's life. However, we are against seeking guilt and we work assuming our government responsibilities day by day to improve the situation, fostering a healthy community in which to play with tranquility and confidence.
