Here is what you need, to apply for 5 Q7 tanks;

#1. (See your division, below.)
I. If you are D1, you need to have 2500 strength or under.
II. If you are D2, you need 50000 strength or under.
III. D3, you need 75000 or under.
IV. D4, no restrictions apply.

#2. Your top damage, in a campeign, must be for the eU.S.

#3. Introduce yourself, in the comments box. If you qualify, tanks will arrive shortly.

In the last edition; there were 10 applicants. I distributed 50 tanks and 2500 q1 food.
