Dear citizens of eIreland,



In July we reach the first anniversary of the introduction of the Aircraft Rank Improvement Program of eIreland. In this long time eIreland has improved a lot in air, and we had a lot of fun flying together. Thank you all for participating, and making eIreland more active!

Besides the eIrish air program, eIreland is providing similar programs for four friendly countries, eAustralia, ePhilippines, eMexico and eHungary. In the eIreland operated air programs 251 players participate, which is more than the population of eIreland itself.

In this article I publish the financial data of the air programs in the second quarter of 2019, activity analysis of the first half of 2019, and changes in the rules.





eIreland

The Air Rank Program of eIreland was introduced in 2018 July and has 62 participants. The participants receive reward for weekly air kills and for air damage in prio battles. Activity in eIreland was high at the beginning of the year, but decreased in the recent months. It is an open question how to keep up activity in eIreland, but most likely it will require combined efforts from different institutions (for example the government). Since 2019 the program is supported by the eIrish government with 400K CC/month. In April I received an additional 500K CC from the government. I received also a lot of private support, I would like to say thank you to all supporters!

eAustralia

The eAustralian air program was introduced in 2018 September to help to revival of the eAustralian community. Under the presidencies of J Seemore and Lawkee activity in eAustralia increased, but remained very low in international comparison. The eAustralian air program has 7 participants, and isn't supported by the government.

ePhilippines

The ePhilippine air program was introduced in 2018 September to help the new Philippine players to stay in the game. From the new players who joined the program only one is still playing. In May Turkish players discovered the program. The Philippine air program has 11 participants, and isn't supported by the government.

eMexico

The eMexican air program was introduced in 2018 October and has 55 participants. Despite the relative high number of players, activity in eMexico is very low. Activity slightly increased in April due to government efforts, but has fallen back by June. The eMexican air program was supported by the eMexican government since its introduction with 100K CC/month. In April I received 250K CC because of missing payments in the previous months. In June we changed the government support to 50K CC/month due to decreasing activity.

eHungary

The eHungarian air program was introduced in 2019 March and has 116 participants. The participants receive reward for ranking up and for air damage in prio battles (similar to eIreland). In May the Hungarian congress voted 200K CC/week government support for the program which was suspended because of lack of transparency at the air damage rewards. The problem was solved in June and the government support has been restarted last week. In eHungary I received a huge amount of private support too, for which I am very thankful.

Changes in the rules

Unfortunately the present system is too extensive, and difficult to keep up. My aim is to reduce the required amount of work, while keeping as much as possible of the important parts.

I will discontinue the ePhilippine air program with an end date of 29 July. The reason is that the ePhilippine air program doesn't support a real existing community (for Turkish players eTurkey already provides air supporting program).

The other programs will continue as they are with one change:
From 1 July if a participant is inactive in air for 4 consecutive weeks, participation ends without notification. (Until now participation ended with the death of the citizen character). This rule will be enforced first on 9 July. Of course players can reapply for the program anytime.

About the program:

The Air Rank Program of eIreland provides support to players who would like to improve in air battles. The participants of the program receive a reward of 5 IEP/1 aircraft kill for their activity in air battles. The maximum amount of the weekly reward is 20 000 IEP. The rewards are counted based on the number of aircraft kills in the weekly leaderboards, and are paid every week after week change.

Conditions of the participation:
• You have to be eIrish citizen,
• Your ground rank has to be under Legend,
• You have to apply
