Admins, Where are the new players ?

Hi everybody,

That's a fact, eRepublik is dying.

The second fact is that there are no more new players ! If you don't trust me, please look at the level of the players who are voting the articles !

The third fact is that since the launch of V2, eRep has lost half of his players !

In V1, we were 70-75k citizens who were playing this game with enthousiasm.

In V2, as we can see here, we are only 33k, and lots of players are leaving everyday !

You can also see it in the top 5 of the most voted articles, It's hard to reach 1000 votes ! In V1, They were all at 2000-4000 votes and even more !

I ask you admins, please bring back V1 !
Or you are going to close this game in 2 months max if you don't move your ass!

PS: Admins, do not believe that new players will come, don't forget that the succes of V1 was not due to you, but due to all players who were trying to get a Babyboom !

In addition to all the players leaving the game due to all the bugs, there are probably a lot of accounts being closed due to cheating. V2 wouldn't be all that bad if it wasn't for all the stupid bugs. The multiaccount cheaters are just as bad, though.

They are not going to brink back V1!
I liked the V1 all the way, but they spent money and time for V2, so it stays...
The solution will be a V3.

For me, its very annoying the fact that my home is suicidal. I mean, how the hell is being destroyed that easy? OK, guns can be destroyed, but houses can "live" for decades. Totally unrealistic and annoying...

Second, the Battle. OK, its cool and shiny, but before that, i log in, work-train and then fight 4-5 times and log out. Now i have to stick with it for many minutes, waiting turns to Finnish and players to play. Not to mention that many people can't understand how this new military module works.

E-Rep has to be easy. If i wanted to spent 30 minutes on a game, i would payed some MMORPGs or MMO Shooters

I am too boring to fight now, that i am not even stepping into the battlefield... 🙁

I've played V1 and V2 and to be honest, I prefer V2. The only thing I don't agree with for V2 is "happiness." Yes the military module is more complicated, but it makes it far more interesting, as theres more options and tactics. I just think that the money gained from all this increased gold use should be put into advertising to get more players back into the game.

The investment they made in v2 is going to have to be given up if they wish to have any money to make further investments. If they players quit, which they are doing in droves, they will not be able to make any further changes. Lets just call v2 a failed experiment and bring back v1. I think V2 was a good thing in that it showed them what the players don't like, assuming they believed what we actually thought, but they are so delusional that they have to put one of the main player dislikes eRep Rising from their survey in a list of things not capitalized at all but just "blabla, rising, blabla" as if rising was something different than the actual meaning. BAH! If they want to survive as a company they are going to have to quickly fix v2 to make it more player-friendly, less expensive, and more fair, without so many damned bugs. They obviously need some good oeconomists on their staff as well...ffs couldn't they tell what was going to happen to the oeconomy on here?

Fully right!
Today we have 50 babies a day - 40 died on birth - so we've got only 10 a day... In V1 we had more than 200 a day!!!!!!!!!!!oneoneleven

1 year of making an expansion of a game that is so simple.. plus when they made it .. step by step LOL plus public testing there are stil much bugs... even with all money they earned from gold buyers..

They could mix V1 and V2 together for the best solution, the economy part of V1 (but the things from v2 (not 4353 different working skills)), the war module of V2 (but shorter time) and that would probably work.

Admins need to begin eRasing the Rising. Put V2 "Back to Beta" and roll us back to V1.

Accept it as a failed experiment. Learn from the mistakes made. Work towards regaining players and developing something better
