I would like to warn you that this article won’t be like the typical article. I won’t talk about who is invading who, what is happening where, etc. Instead I am going to tell all of you about an opportunity. I am running two companies right now. Before you close the article, listen. If you are working in the market you are not making as much money as you should be. Instead you could be working for me, someone who will pay you through donation dependant solely upon your productivity. In the current market I can sell grain at .12. I will pay you 90% of that. I will pay you .054 per productivity point (.108 per grain produced, roughly). Go to your company page right now, and check if you are being paid that much. Check your production right now, then check your salary. Get 77% of your salary shown, and that is what you are making after tax. If that is less than .054 per productivity, you are not making enough money, and you should contact me right now. For money 🙂

It's not a commune, you are misinterpreting that concept. He is paying salaries. Your production isn't going into a group collective to be divided equally. He's selling what you make for a profit. Not a commune.
