2013 Baloochistan Agreement

Article 1 : Via the Natural Enemy's bill, Baloochistan will be given from the Pakistani government to the Iran.

- Article 1-1 : Due to having the possible maximum seats of the Congress, before each Congress Elections, Iranian government is bounded to return Baloochistan to Pakistan. After the Congress Election, Baloochistan will be returned to Iran.

- Article 1-2 : After 14 days and the new possibility of air strike from Pakistan - if the regional terms were provided - Iran - which has the doubtless and legitimate license of owning the UAE regions - will give two cities of this country to Pakistan. So in this way, Pakistan will have enough seats for the Congress Elections and Baloochistan will remain in Iran's protection.

- Article 1-3 : If during the wars between Pakistan and United Arab Emirates, one or many other cities except those that are well chosen before is conquered, liberation of this or many other cites are depended on Iranian government's agreement and approval.


Article 2 : Should Pakistan loses all of its regions, Iran shall return Baloochistan to Pakistan, until the time that Iranian-Pakistani governments finds other cities - as replacement - for this country.


Article 3 : Two countries - Iran and Pakistan - are bounded to association and collaboration in both economical and military activities in the region.

Article 3 - 1 : In the matter of the military acts, in order to reach the highest revenue for both Iran and Pakistan, The Pakistani government has to counsel with the Iranian Government.

Article 3 - 2 : if the content of the article 3 - 1 is respected from the Pakistani government, Iranian government has to provide an absolute and unquestionable military support for Pakistan.


Article 4 : Transfering Baluchistan to Iran is in the following of the Brotherhood's agreement, and is in the order of extending the friendship and sincerity between the two nations. Both governments are to promise, to not look at this article as a Lease Agreement, to treat eachother with respect and common courtesy, to look at eachother with equality and to respect eachother's, for the rights to their own Original Regions.

بند الف - با استفاده از لایحه ی نچرال انمی شهر بلوچستان توسط دولت پاکستان به ایران واگذار خواهد شد

متمم الف بند الف - قبل از هر دور انتخابات مجلس ، دولت های ایران موظف به بازگرداندن بلوچستان به پاکستان برای داشتن تعداد حداکثری نماینده هستند ، پس از انتخابات بلوچستان به ایران بازگردانده خواهد شد

متمم ب بند الف - پس از 14 روز و امکان حمله ی هوایی مجدد برای پاکستان ، در صورت مهیا بودن شرایط منطقه ای ، ایران که صاحب امتیاز بلاشک و قانونی شهرهای امارات می باشد ، 2 شهر از این منطقه (به انتخاب ایران) را به پاکستان داده و با تامین کرسی مجلس برای نماینده های پاکستان توسط این کار ، بلوچستان در زمان انتخابات نیز در دست ایران باقی خواهد ماند

متمم ج بند الف - در صورتی که حین جنگ های امارات و پاکستان ، شهری جدا از شهرهای مشخص شده توسط پاکستان اشغال شود ، آزادسازی این شهر تنها با نظر موافق ایران ممکن خواهد بود


بند ب - در صورت از دست دادن تمامی شهرهای متوبعه توسط دولت پاکستان ، ایران موظف به بازگرداندن بلوچستان به این دولت ، تا زمان یافتن شهرهایی دیگر برای این کشور می باشد


بند ج - دو کشور موظف به همکاری های نزدیک سیاسی و نظامی در منطقه می باشند

متمم الف بند ج - دولت پاکستان متعهد به مشورت در انجام عملیات های نظامی با مسئولین مربوطه ی دولت ایران برای دست یافتن به حداکثر منافع دوطرفه ی منطقه ای می باشد

متمم ب بند ج - دولت ایران متعهد به حمایت همه جانبه از عملیات های نظامی پاکستان درصورت رعایت متمم الف بند ج توسط این کشور می باشد


بند د - واگذاری بلوچستان به ایران در ادامه ی پیمان برادری دو کشور و حس صمیمیت و دوستی بین مردم دو کشور می باشد و هردو دولت متعهد می شوند که به این قرارداد و عهدنامه به دیده ی قرارداد اجاره ننگریسته و همیشه از مواضع برابر ، احترام متقابل و جایگاه سیاسی مساوی با یکدیگر برخورد کرده و به حق مسلم یکدیگر بنا بر حاکمیت بی چون و چرا بر مناطق اورجینال خود احترام بگذارند
