XLYMPICS MEDALS UPDATE - Day 3,209
The final two events of the XLYMPICS have been decided.
[EZC] champion Gnilraps backed up his [EZC] vs. [USAF] $100,000 challenge with a GOLD MEDAL win in the DESIGN MY AVATAR event. With synhro's [EZC] SILVER MEDAL performance in the event, this gives [EZC] five (5) medals to one (1) for [USAF] won by Tyler Bubblar in DEBATE THIS!
Also winning a SILVER MEDAL in DESIGN MY AVATAR is Fionia, continuing the strong performance by the two person [BRO] contingent with three (3) total medals. Franklin Stone [SFP] brings the Socialists back to the podium after getting shut out in the last two events (MAD LIBS, POETRY JAM).

The SICK BURN event was a close race for the medals, but ultimately won by predicted frontrunner, the king himself, Israel Stevens [AMP]. Second place preliminary challenge, and XLYMPIC hat trick hopeful, Cerb [SFP] won the SILVER MEDAL.
The third and fourth place prelim competitors switched places with Tenshibo [FED] completing the XLYMPIC grand slam, while shadowber slipped to fourth place.

Who is LuckyNumber85? It says they won the silver in Sick Burn but also Cerb did? What is this sorcery? Is Cerb's lucky number 85?
LN85 won the silver medal in the MAD LIBS event. Cerb won the silver in SICK BURN. No sorcery. Two separate events. And yes, Cerb's lucky number is 85. Also 13. Also 69. Also 1999. Also 3.14159265359.
Evry is actually correct that this article contains a typo. It inaccurately lists LuckyNumber85 as Silver in Sick Burn, in bold text.

It was great and I am humbled by my 3rd place finish on a National Stage. I want to thank my Grandmother who died before I was born. The parents who had 3.5 too many children for their income for the non-support I received at their hands. Last I wish to thank most graciously the high school sweetheart who ripped my heart out through my back door.
