[UKRP] Short and sweet

Day 2,325, 00:25 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Thomas765

CP Election

Only one candidate came to us with their CP manifesto this month, as such, he made it into the UKRP primary. I put three options on the primary poll:

1. Support N W G for country president
2. Re-open nominations (RON)
3. No candidate

NWG got 100% of the vote in the primary and, as such, is the candidate we're supporting for country president. Best of luck to him and other non-PTO candidates.

NWG's CP run articles can be found here:
1. Alittle about NWG and why i want to be your next CP
2. NWG4CP Money matters !
3. NWG4CP my wish for today and tomorrow

PP Election

I've opened up candidature for UKRP PP on the forums. Unlike previous months, we will be having a primary election for party president, so a single candidate can be fielded. I have no intention of running unless absolutely necessary (somewhat similarly to last month in both congress and for party presidency).

So if anyone wants to run in the primary as an official candidate, send me over a PM or post in this topic on the forums. If you require UKRP access, then sign up to the forums and post in here requesting UKRP access.

Summary of the term so far

For a few months, I've lacked near total enthusiasm to play eRepublik in the capacity that I once did. A month ago, I wasn't entirely expecting to end up as PP, let alone having a third successive term in congress. Ultimately, I was merely standing in this month. After Appleby's term, activity dropped. I haven't entirely been around too much and I hold myself and myself alone accountable for that. However, party functions remained in place, including the congress candidate selection and primary elections for CP. I tried to encourage prospectful UKRP candidates for country president to sign up in around the congress elections, however, none eventually did.

Summary of the article

- We're supporting NWG for country president, after he received 100% of the vote within the party.
- PP election sign up is available.
