Informe Detallado de Gestión y Condiciones de Asunción a la Presidencia

Estimados compatriotas venezolanos,

En este informe detallado, deseo compartir con ustedes las condiciones en las que asumí la Dictadura, sucesivamente la Presidencia de Venezuela, y el estado actual de cada área bajo mi responsabilidad. Es crucial destacar que todas las áreas se encontraban afectadas por diversos desafíos al inicio de este periodo de mandato, y desde entonces, mi gobierno ha dedicado esfuerzos incansables para avanzar y solventar estas carencias.

1. Economía y Finanzas:

Al asumir el cargo, nos enfrentamos a una economía debilitada por la evidente condición de ser un País Colonizado, por lo que los beneficios de nuestras regiones son cercanos a la nulidad.

Una situación considerablemente resaltante, es el hecho de que el anterior Presidente de Venezuela Sr. Jesús Ventura, realizó una transacción desde la Organización Gubernamental Banco Central de eVenezuela, en la que retiró la mayoría de fondos existentes (más de 4 millones de cc) en un acto de resguardo y protesta en cuanto al uso de dichos recursos públicos para el mantenimiento de la actual Dictadura encabezada por mi persona.

Sin embargo, el día de hoy, Jesús Ventura notificó por canales de Comunicación Instantánea (outgame) de que había depositado a las Arcas del País (Treasury) el monto sustraído (4.220.000 de cc), hecho que llevó de forma automática al sistema económico a restar una comisión de 2.114.771 de cc, por concepto de mantenimiento de la Dictadura. Es decir, lo equivalente a 84,5 días (Casi 3 meses) de Dictadura a tasa común diaria.

Actualmente, los fondos del BCV se reflejan de la siguiente forma:
Golds: 1.000
Vebs (cc): 8.340,63

Reconocemos que hay mucho trabajo por hacer, y que actualmente no hay un Ministro de Economía que elabore Planes y Proyectos a ejecutar para multiplicar nuestras finanzas, pero estamos comprometidos a seguir adelante con determinación y resiliencia.


2. Seguridad y Defensa:

La seguridad nacional es una prioridad absoluta para mi gobierno. Estamos comprometidos con el fortalecimiento de nuestras fuerzas armadas, en búsqueda de la mejora y que se vea aumentada la cooperación internacional en materia de seguridad. Es por ello, que se evaluando la posibilidad de firmar MPPs que sirvan de uso y práctica de fuego aliado, que sirva para el aumento en experiencia de nuestras capacidades bélicas, reiterando que somos un país neutral.

Sabiendo, que la mayor prioridad en este aspecto es lograr un acuerdo con la Alianza Asteria, para la recuperación y activación de algunas de nuestras regiones originales, hecho por el cual nos mantenemos en pausa y al margen en temas de ataque y resistencia con respecto a la mencionada Alianza. Todo esto refleja un esfuerzo continuo que requiere vigilancia y dedicación constante.


3. Diplomacia y Relaciones Internacionales:

En el ámbito internacional, nos encontramos promoviendo el diálogo, la cooperación y el respeto mutuo con la Alianza Asteria; teniendo a su vez reservas de contacto con la Alianza CODE desde el momento de nuestra salida oficial, nuestra declaración como país neutral, hasta el presente momento, esto quiere decir, que no tenemos ni mantenemos ningún tipo de comunicación con dicha alianza; y con lo que respecta a otros países neutrales, se han tenido conversaciones en tono de consejería y planificación interna para la ejecución efectiva de nuestro rol oficial como país neutral, así como, dichos acercamientos han servido para estrechar lazos sin otro motivo o propuesta que reportar.

A pesar de las tensiones y desafíos, seguimos comprometidos con la diplomacia como herramienta para resolver conflictos y promover la paz y la estabilidad en la región y en el mundo.


4. Transparencia y Participación Ciudadana:

La transparencia y la participación ciudadana son valores fundamentales de mi gobierno. Soy promotor de la rendición de cuentas, el fortalecido las instituciones y el fomento de la participación activa de la sociedad civil en la toma de decisiones. Es por ello, que en mi Gobierno estamos comprometidos a seguir trabajando en pro de la transparencia y la participación, porque creemos en un gobierno que rinde cuentas ante su pueblo.


A pesar de los desafíos que enfrentamos, quiero transmitir un mensaje de esperanza y optimismo a todos los venezolanos. Estamos atravesando tiempos difíciles, pero juntos superaremos los obstáculos y situación actual. Confío en la fuerza y la determinación de nuestro pueblo para construir un futuro mejor para todos. Sigamos adelante con coraje y esperanza, porque juntos, podemos alcanzar grandes cosas.

Detailed Report on Management and Assumption Conditions of the Presidency

Dear Venezuelan compatriots,

In this detailed report, I wish to share with you the conditions under which I assumed the Dictatorship, subsequently the Presidency of Venezuela, and the current state of each area under my responsibility. It is crucial to highlight that all areas were affected by various challenges at the beginning of this term, and since then, my government has devoted tireless efforts to progress and address these shortcomings.

1. Economy and Finance:

Upon assuming office, we faced an economy weakened by the evident condition of being a Colonized Country, resulting in negligible benefits from our regions. A notably striking situation was the withdrawal of the majority of funds (over 4 million cc) from the Government Organization Banco Central de Venezuela, executed by the former President of Venezuela, Mr. Jesús Ventura, as an act of safeguard and protest regarding the use of public resources for maintaining the current Dictatorship led by myself.

However, today, Jesús Ventura notified through Instant Communication channels (outgame) that he had deposited the withdrawn amount (4,220,000 cc) into the Country's Treasury, which automatically led the economic system to deduct a commission of 2,114,771 cc for the maintenance of the Dictatorship. In other words, the equivalent of 84.5 days (almost 3 months) of Dictatorship at the common daily rate.

Currently, the funds of the BCV are reflected as follows:

Vebs (cc): 8,340.63

We acknowledge that there is much work to be done, and currently, there is no Minister of Economy elaborating Plans and Projects to execute for multiplying our finances, but we are committed to moving forward with determination and resilience.


2. Security and Defense:

National security is an absolute priority for my government. We are committed to strengthening our armed forces, seeking improvement and increased international cooperation in security matters. Therefore, we are evaluating the possibility of signing MPPs that serve as practice for allied fire, to increase the experience of our military capabilities, reiterating that we are a neutral country. Knowing that the highest priority in this regard is to reach an agreement with the Asteria Alliance for the recovery and activation of some of our original regions, which is why we remain paused and on the sidelines in terms of attack and resistance with respect to the mentioned Alliance.

All of this reflects continuous efforts that require constant vigilance and dedication.


3. Diplomacy and International Relations:

Internationally, we are promoting dialogue, cooperation, and mutual respect with the Asteria Alliance; at the same time, we have had reserved contact with the CODE Alliance from the moment of our official withdrawal, our declaration as a neutral country, until the present moment. This means that we do not have or maintain any type of communication with said alliance. Regarding other neutral countries, conversations have been held in a tone of counseling and internal planning for the effective execution of our official role as a neutral country. These approaches have served to strengthen bonds without any other purpose or proposal to report.

Despite tensions and challenges, we remain committed to diplomacy as a tool for resolving conflicts and promoting peace and stability in the region and in the world.


4. Transparency and Citizen Participation:

Transparency and citizen participation are fundamental values of my government. I am a promoter of accountability, strengthening institutions, and encouraging active participation of civil society in decision-making. Therefore, in my government, we are committed to continuing to work for transparency and participation because we believe in a government that is accountable to its people.


Despite the challenges we face, I want to convey a message of hope and optimism to all Venezuelans. We are going through difficult times, but together, we will overcome the obstacles and the current situation. I trust in the strength and determination of our people to build a better future for all. Let us continue forward with courage and hope because together, we can achieve great things.
