[Royal Navy] SO YOU WANT TO FIGHT FOR YOUR COUNTRY?
The Royal Navy
So, you think you've read up on all the Military Organizations in the United Kingdom and you've made your decision - you want to be a loyal soldier to the eUnited Kingdom, so you're going to do your bit and join Camelot, because they have a training wing now and everything, better pay, and better opportunities than the Royal Guards, Royal Navy or even the Paratroopers (to which you haven't got the strength requirements anyway).
Well, dear recruit how would you feel if I was to tell you that, by joining Camelot that you wouldn't be fighting for the United Kingdom as a loyal soldier, intent on saving your homeland from the forces of Tyranny - but in fact you were fighting for a private company as a mercenary. Now, it's important to note a few things:
1). Camelot is NOT part of the eUK Armed Services, although they claim only to fight for the eUK
2). Camelot has no voice on the British War Council, and therefore has no part in active operations
3). Camelot actively seeks out trained eUK Soldiers (entire squads, in fact), both wasting YOUR tax money, and weakening the defense of your country.
Now, if you want do do the part of a LOYAL eUK citizen, and play an active role in the defense of your country, fighting FOR your country, and not some faceless Mercenary Company, we urge you to JOIN THE REAL eUK ARMED FORCES TODAY
Royal Guards - For those needing to stay at home
Royal Navy - For those willing to fight abroad
Paratroopers - The Elite of the Armed Services
CAMELOT - THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE
Right now the eUK armed services are deployed all around the world, so we urge you:
BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE - JOIN THE eUK ARMED SERVICES TODAY!
PONY CANNOT INTO NAVY ;_;

As commander of Camelot, I agree with this article:
*We are not part of the official UK military
*We don't consult the war council
However:
*We're not mercenaries (We recieve no pay)
*We defended our allies in Germany when the eUK ignored their plight
*We have -never- asked any UK soldier to join us
*We have sworn to fight for the eUK whenever she asks us- no matter what the cost
*We actually recieve no funding from the UK government, so no tax money is wasted
The Royal Navy & Royal Guard is:
*Rarely armed
*hasn't been deployed in over a month
*last recieved the kind of weapons Camelot soldiers recieve every day around Christmas.
I wouldn't normally write this- as I respect our national armed forces and their commanders. However we will respond to what is essentially slander.
Where you see slander, I see facts.

Your Soldiers receive weapons in return for fighting - Payment

I don't believe they were ignored
Iain Keers wrote😘We have -never- asked any UK soldier to join us
I do believe this is an invite:
Iain Keers in the Camelot Training Wing Thread wrote:I would say to you, Jan, that the commanders are as valuable to me as the troops. If whole squads came across to us we'd accept them as a whole unit, provided they swore the same oath of loyalty as everyone else (to eUK & Camelot). We can take quite a hefty number and you'd probably be able to stay together.
Iain Keers wrote😘We have sworn to fight for the eUK whenever she asks us- no matter what the cost
Nothing to stop you changing your mind though
Iain Keers wrote😘We actually recieve no funding from the UK government, so no tax money is wasted
I train up a soldier, who then reaches your criteria and turns round and says 'screw you - i'm going to Camelot'=wasted tax payers money

*Rarely Armed - that's just not true. Our members are armed when required
* hasn't been deployed in over a month - how would you know? We have been deployed, you just weren't informed (wonder why?)
*last recieved the kind of weapons Camelot soldiers recieve every day around Christmas. - well arn't you just precious.
Do your duty and join the eUK ARMY!
How bitter is this article!
join the RN to fight for the euk
Camelot 1
Royal Navy 0
nothing is wrong with Camelot. it gives you weapons and keep you activity fighting for eUK and does fight, unlike the current army. y does the current government include Camelot? problem sorted.
btw 3 weapons a day - Camelot
it is not under the control of the mod and is therefore not fighting for the euk, you are in fact fighting for Iain
😁Not very.

"Your Soldiers receive weapons in return for fighting - Payment"
The weapons are FOR fighting for the eUK,not as a payment for fighting without weapons. We have never being funded by anyone other than Iain,so we are not mercs.
This: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercenary" target="_blank">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercenary might help you 😉
This seems a grudge match.
However new people reading this thinking "The navy sounds nice" I read in there recruitment thread that they are only allowing active forum users to join. So new people interested in the military, sign up for the guards 😉
btw. vote it 😉

it was this article that makes me want to join Camelot
I'm a member of Camelot, and I've got admit I do get paid for it. £1, minimum wage, to produce 6 guns a day that get given to people so they can fight daily, skill up, and defend this country. There's no financial benefit in being a member so any one who thinks there is need not reply. Your better off with the navy and their expensively bought (and often non-existent) weaponry.
So navy boys what do you do other than hang around the docks?
Crap logo you've got as well. Your suppose to be the military not a bank.
I think Iain is doing a good job arming our citizens
Selling q3 weapons...16 GBP each..pm
owner, pui de dakay
From where I sit I can see advantages and weaknesses to both the 'Regular' armed forces and the 'militia' style forces concepts.
What is truly ridiculous is when the two factions start quarrelling between themselves - in my eyes there is nothing more likely to turn a prospective recruit off than the thought that they are going to get caught up in some form of civil war.
So kids - lets try and be civi to each other and rally together behind the eUK flag!

Oh - I really do not like the new 'Iranian style' logo for the RN - after the RL MoD spent hundreds of thousands of pounds to come up with the existing branding, why change it?
Thats the idea of camelot, to fight for the UK
hi everyone, i joined the eUK navy because i was in the navy, in real life, as a 1st leutenant
