[RN] Strike Sunday - day 3,176

Day 3,177, 02:24 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by The Royal Navy

Good day shipmates. Welcome to this week’s Royal Navy Strike Sunday report.

Here’s who took part this week…

As you can see, 13 sailors took part, causing mayhem and havoc to the tune of a staggering 979,731,963 total damage. That's not a typo - in three hours the RN posted almost 1 billion damage! Incredible!

Probably something to do with their being a direct UK war going on 🙂

Fun with charts
Top attendance this week was from Regiment 4.

The soon-to-be-patented Almost Useless Damage Per Sailor Coefficient (AUDPS) was 75,363,997

you may spot a bit of a spike from Regiment 4 this week

MVPS
Each week one or more player is awarded the much coveted, much loved, much sought-after Most Valuable Sailor (MVS) award. The award comes with a prize of 50 Q7 weapons. Better still, you get an incredible badge to wear (well, it’s a photo of a badge, obviously, and there’s nowhere really that you can wear it, but still). However, best of all you get the honour of knowing that you’re an RN MVS. And nothing tops that.

This week’s MVS award is simple - it goes to Evil Doctor for single-handedly doing more than three times the damage that the combined MU usually manages, posting by far the highest individual total I’ve ever seen. And he did that while sorting out healthy COs on battles throughout Sunday (and Saturday) to help protect the eUK. Nice work boss!

However, given that ED is also the RN supplier who gives us all our strike kits and the 50 Q7 MVS prize each week, it’s pointless giving the Q7s back to him. And there were several other stand-out performances this week - Absinthe in Regiment 1, North Scale in Regiment 2 (but Div 1), Thorski in Regiment 3 and Aquila in Regiment 4 all had an outstanding Strike. So this week’s rollover prize fund of 100 Q7s will go to those who most need it; it’ll be split equally between the five players (not including me) from Regiments 1 and 2.

Take part in Strike Sunday!
Taking part couldn’t be easier. When the Strike is running (every Sunday afternoon - check the RN feed for the time) all you have to do is:

[1] Request a strike kit
[2] Fight like you mean it
[3] Post your damage

That’s it. Done. Sorted. Bosh.

If you want a more information, simply check out this Strike Sunday article - everything you need to know is in there. But don’t forget, if you take a kit you MUST post your damage, otherwise you won’t get kits in the future.

Signing off
That’s it for this week. Well done everyone!

Now what are you hanging around here for? Those decks won’t swab themselves.
