[Podcast] In times of Civil Strife there are only two men that can help

You 'kay, UK?

And dare I say it, You 'kay, world?

Does eRepublik ever leave you feeling low? Perhaps the droll of the daily rat race gets to you. Maybe pesky republicans are trying to steal your 256 varieties of French cheese. Maybe you're stuck in permanent lamentation for a fallen empire or times of old. Maybe you're on the verge of retiring from politics due to PTO's or incessant hate mongering. Maybe you've broken your Q7 tank-thing trying to kill an EDENites, but you have ran out of the energy to do so.

FEAR NOT. I offer you a remedy.

The Nation's favourite podcast is back! Co-hosted by myself and the vivacious Jimbojoy, Bob Save the King is making a triumphant return to your very household, smashing the fourth wall and penetrating slowly and deeply into your lives.

So when you need something a little different, a little fun, topical and chatty, simply look us up, sit back, and relax. I can practically see the mundane appearance of eLife draining away as I speak.

Rhetoric aside, Jimbo and I are back to recording podcasts. That's more or less what I'm trying to convey here. You can find our newest episode here. This one has been kept short for 'test' reasons, should you want to discuss it with your peers the obligatory discussion thread can be found here.

As always all feedback and general exoneration is welcome. Furthermore, we are recording the next full-length episode this evening, so if you have any suggestions as to what you may want us to discuss, or if you simply want a shoutout, comment in this article and we'll see what we can do.

Jimbo and I took a roadtrip over summer. Our resultant album 'The King and I' is available at all good stores.

Other Business

Additionally, the eUK Supremacy alliance is approaching full-steam again, with a renewed player base and various alliance games taking place weekly. Everyone is welcome to join, you don't even have to be from the eUK (Here's looking at you, Serendipitous) and it's generally just a great strategy type browser game that we like to play when we get a little bored.

For more info on the game itself hop over to their site (google supremacy 1914), and if it takes your fancy and you want to know more about our alliance, contact yours truly.

Not only that, but I am currently organising a Total War tournament. Again, anyone can participate, although people with non-steam copies of the Total War games may have trouble entering games with steam-copy 21st century holders. You can play with any Total War game, and we need people to hurry up and sign on, so don't be shy!

To get involved with the tournament, simply post in this thread or message me and I shall add you to the list. Given the nature or the tournament, it'll be quite informal and casual so you won't need to worry about people breathing down your neck.

Lastly, keep your eyes open for my next article, because one of our favourite things is coming back over the Christmas period.
