THE FOLLOWING TREATY HAS BEEN WORKED OUT AND APPROVED BY THIS ADMINISTRATION'S STATE DEPARTMENT, OUR PRESIDENT TENSHIBO, AND TWO HQ


TREATY OF TEXAS, SERVIA

I. GIVEN:
1. The United States concedes the war between several TWO nations
2. The United States and TWO agree to follow the PENALTIES OF DEFEAT(section II)
3. The United States and TWO agree to follow the TERMS OF DEFEAT(section III)
4. The United States and TWO agree to follow the TERMS OF ENSLAVEMENT(section IV)
5. The United States and TWO agree to follow the CONSEQUENCES OF REBELLION(section V)

II. PENALTIES OF DEFEAT
1. The United States of America agrees to be referred to and respond to the name "The United Butts of TWOmerica"
2. The United States accepts TWO HQ as their lords and masters(details in section V)
3. The United States agrees to permanently cede the following regions to the following countries:
a. Texas to Servia
b. Alaska, Washington, and Utah to Hungary
c. Hawaii and California to Thailand
d. New York, Maine, and Ohio to the the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Faulklands and Northeastern Buttsville
4. The United States agrees to end every article by any state official with the following quote: "TEXAS IS SERBIA AND KOSOVO IS SERBIA"

III. TERMS OF DEFEAT
1. The United States agrees that it was "thoroughly prc'd hxc" and that TWO is superior to them in every way. This is the US's official policy towards TWO henceforth.
2. TWO agrees to treat the United States like a child

IV. TERMS OF ENSLAVEMENT
1. TWO agrees to acceptance of the United States into TWO, effective immediately
a. The United States must sign MPPs with all major TWO countries, starting with those actively engaged in war with CoT countries
2. The United States must pay tribute to TWO HQ on a weekly basis
a. The tribute is equal to 50% of all incoming revenue in the US for that week
3. The United States' politicians must all be approved by TWO HQ before they are allowed to run for election
a. TWO will create a Buttstates Election Process Tribunal for the purpose of reviewing and selected those who are allowed to run for office in the Buttmad States of Amerifat
4. Cookies Crisp will be known as Emperor of Amerifat
a. He shall be treated with respect and reverence from his people
b. He shall have administration privileges on the forum and any Amerifat IRC channel that he requests
c. His word is to be taken as law

V. CONSEQUENCES OF REBELLION
1. Denfining "rebellion"
a. A "rebellion" in terms of this treaty concerns the United States breaking any of the terms
b. TWO memberstates are immune to rebellion concequences in light of their overlord status in regards to this treaty
2. If the Untied Amerifats ever rebel against its TWO rulers, the consequences are the following:
a. Immediate emptying of the US treasury into TWO HQ treasury
b. Immediate ban of all US politicians currently in office
c. The complete decemation of the country, via TWO power
