[LAW] Military Charter Update

Tomorrow at 00:00 eRep time, I will open the proccess (discussion and vote) to update the Millitary Charter.

The important changes are following:
- Using 1 National Military Unit for "active" soldiers
- Minister of Finance and Minister of Defence will cordinate the military budget for the Military Units

Important information: Pls accept Citizen requests that are approved by the MoS

Ps. Registred Military Units got the supply
Ps2. Pls accept the MPP with ePeru
Ps3. Thx to the MoD and Commander of the National Military Unit for taking the time to make an Update draft.
Ps4. there are other laws for update, they should come soon 😛 (if everything works fine)

What do you mean by military budget? Do you provide the Units with money?

the goverment can decide if they want to supply the MUs. If you read this: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/supply-for-mu-2288347/1/20

we are currently supplying MUs that contacted the MoD. We may increase the supply this weekend.
