[Gov] Apologies to eTurkey

I’m taking the pen today to apologize, on behalf of Cypriot community, to our Turkish friends and neighbors.
Earlier today, Mich3lAngel0, Cypriot gov advisor, made inappropriate comments toward a Turkish player.
eCyprus community condemns this kind of behavior and would like the game to remain a game, where anyone can have fun without being under the threat of mockery regarding his ethnicity, gender nor religion.
Our country has been built on cooperation among different communities, allowing our citizens to play together even if their RL countries had rivalries.
One isolated incident can’t jeopardize these values for a meaningless BH problem.
Though, Mich3lAngel0 is an important asset of the Cypriot community, with great knowledge of the game mechanics and strategy. We think he should apologize because he’s smart enough to understand the importance of respect, and we hope that our Turkish friends will forgive him, so as to keep collaborating for the welfare of our countries. I will ensure personally that this kind of speech won’t be delivered again. Real world is full enough of hatred.
Regarding BH hunts, as an eCountry, eCyprus can only deprecate it, since we all fight for the same banners and would make a smarter use of our ressources.

Thanks for your understanding. Racism should never have place in this game and especially in eCyprus where lots of people from all around the world is e-citizen.
my opinion, no problem if you are complaining about bh stealer but when you call someone" fucking muslim" because of stolen bh, it is pathetic.

A whole community apologies for an individiual?
That's no how it is done for a 2-player fight,every day tens of BHs are ''stolen'' people blame each other and nothing happens.
Admins should give a warning (fp,temp ban or whatever) and the 2 players should talk or continue the fight,it has nothing to do with countries.
No one cares about a BH stolen. It happens everday.
Insulting someone using religion, then making racist comments to gov members isn't something we take lightly when it comes from allied country's govt. Article may not be clear about what happened, and we don't really want to dig in, but community should know this isnt a simple BH issue.
