Liebe alle,

wir freuen uns, euch heute die Gründung der Gilde der freien Journalisten (GFJ)verkünden zu dürfen, welche anstrebt, ein Ballungszentrum für Kultur zu werden, sowohl für die eWorld als auch für einzelne Nationen.

Dabei wird sie von wenigen, einfachen Grundsätzen geleitet werden:
Inklusivität, Teilhabe, Apolitismus und Transparenz.


WIE DIE GESELLSCHAFT ORGANISIERT SEIN WIRD

An der Spitze der Struktur wird ein:e Vorsitzende:r (General Chairman) stehen, der/die als Sprecher:in des Projektes agieren und jeweils für eine Amtszeit von drei Monaten gewählt sein wird.[/b]. Dies wird ihm ausreichend Zeit geben, in den Projekten der Gesellschaft sein Vertmächtnis zu hinterlassen.

Darüber hinaus wird die Gesellschaft aus einer unbegrenzten Zahl an National Sections bestehen, Nationale Abteilungen, die jeweils von ihrer:m eigenen Stellvertreter:in repräsentiert werden.

Die Nationalen Abteilungen können ihre eigenen internen Statuten frei wählen, die aber nicht im Widerspruch mit den Grundsätzen der internationalen Charta stehen dürfen (welche im nächsten Artikel veröffentlicht werden wird).


HAUPTZIELE

- eine Unterstützung für junge Spieler:innen zu sein, diese in ihren ersten Schritten anzuleiten und für sie eine Anlaufstelle für soziale Interaktion zu sein;

-ein Bezugspunkt für die kritischen und kreativen Spieler:innen der Welt zu sein, sie zu journalistischer Arbeit und Kunst zu ermutigen, den kritischen Austausch von Ideen zu fördern und neue kulturelle Initiativen, national wie international, zu unterstützen.;

- Internationalität und internationale Pressespiegel zu fördern sowie den Zugang aller zu Information zu gewährleisten


WIE KANNST DU HELFEN

Bist du ein:e junge:r Spieler:in, dann registriere dich als Mitglied (Associate). Frage, schreibe, lese, nehme Teil am Leben in der Gilde and trage bei, sie immer besser zu machen.

Sei proaktiv, neugierig und vor allem versuche die Gesellschaft zu einer Umgebung zu machen, in der du dich so wohl fühlst wie in deinem Zuhause.

Bist du ein:e erfahrene:r Spieler:in, so werde Partner:in.

Teile deine Erfahrung, um Fragen zu beantworten und beim Schreiben von Artikeln zu unterstützen, hilf dabei, die Aktivitäten der Gilde bekannt zu machen, fördere die Internationalität der Organisation mithilfe deiner Beziehungen, die du im Laufe der Jahre im Spiel aufgebaut hast.

Aber vor allem entdecke den Enthusiasmus wieder, das Verlangen, teilzuhaben und etwas aufzubauen, das dir vielleicht unterwegs verloren gegangen ist.

Die Begeisterung junger Leute zusammen mit dem Wissen von Expert:innen wird, so hoffen wir, eine Mischung schaffen, aus der großartige Initiativen und Momente wachsen können.


MEINE NATION HAT BISHER NOCH KEINE NATIONALE ABTEILUNG

Kennst du die gute Nachricht? Du kannst sie selbst beantragen, indem du die Gesellschaft kontaktierst. Du wirst alle notwendigen Informationen erhalten und bei ihrer Erstellung unterstützt werden.

Es wäre großartig und eine große Ehre, eines Tages alle Nationen der eWorld in der Gesellschaft vertreten zu haben!

Hello everyone,
today we are very happy to announce the creation of the Guild of Free Journalists GFJ, which aims to become a center of cultural aggregation both for the eWorld than for the single nations.

The principles that will guide it are few but simple:
inclusiveness, participation, apoliticism, transparency.

HOW THE ASSOCIATION WILL BE ORGANIZED

At the top of the structure, there will be a General Chairman, who will act as referent of the project and who will have an elective mandate of three months. This will give him enough time to leave a legacy on the Association's projects.

The Association will then consist of an unlimited number of National Sections, each with its own National Delegate. National sections are left free to choose their own internal Statute, but it must not be in disagreement with the principles of the International Chart (it will be published on the next article).

MAIN OBJECTIVES

- Be a support for young players, guide them in their first steps and be for them a place of aggregation and access to social life;

- Be a reference for the critical and creative players of the world, encouraging journalistic art, the critical exchange of ideas and promoting new cultural initiatives both nationally and internationally;

- Promote internationality, encourage international press reviews and access to informations for everyone and everywhere

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP

If you are a young player, register as an associate.
Ask, write, read, participate in the life of the Guild and contribute to making it better and better.

Be proactive, curious and above all try to make the Association an environment as comfortable as your home.

If you're an experienced player, partner up.

You could share your experience to answer questions or create help articles, help promote the activities of the association, foster the internationality of the organization thanks to the relationships you have established over all the years you've been in the game.
And above all rediscover the enthusiasm, the desire to participate and the desire to build something that maybe you have lost along the road.

The enthusiasm of young people and the knowledge of experts will create, we hope, a mixture from which great initiatives and good moments of socialization can really arise.

It would be great and should be a huge honour, one day, having represented in the association all the nations of the eWorld!
