[Frix4CP] The Policies: Part 1/2

Yo mi amiga's

mah polices will be released in 4 articles.

mah 1st policee is to introduce a new law called the Meme Team Bill

This bill includes such amazingness as:

1) Make Stank memes illegal

2) The failed eUK Patriot Act will be made law

3) Gali, Chief of Memes, will be the judge of memes and if a citizen has a meme or an image not up to his standards they will first be fined 100cc. If they commit a 2nd offence, they will be fined 200cc. Then if the comment a 3rd offence, they will face a court case. The prosecution will be Gali, and the judge will be the CP. The defense will be allowed a congress member as an attorney. The worst punishment will be a permament exclusion from congress, which can be overturned by a congress law. The minimum punishment is a 500cc fine. If this cannot be paid they get to pay it when they can.
