לפניכם סקירה כלכלית המציגה את מצבה הנוכחי של כלכלת ישראל לקראת השבוע השלישי של ממשלת אוקטובר.

השבוע הנוכחי אופיין בשינוים כלכליים בעקבות סיום הכיבוש הטורקי. בשבוע זה ההכנסות היומיות של המדינה התייצבו על אזור שבין ה-2500 ל-3000 שקלים הכנסה יומית כאשר הינה עולה בהתמדה ככל שהשבוע חולף דבר המצביע על התחזקות הכלכלה.

השבוע אופיין בירידה בכמות התרומות של מדליות הקונגרס שנובעות מהעובדה שהגענו ל-90% גיוס מדליות - שיא של החצי השנה האחרונה. בנוסף הועבר תקציב מסוים למשרד הפנים שנמחק בעקבות פריצה לחשבון של שר הפנים. בנוסף שני תשלומים גדולים מבססים הכנסה יפה למדינה, השכרת שטחים לאיראן ופיצוי טורקי מולידים הכנסה גבוהה של 120 אלף שח. הוצאות הציוד ליחידות נשארה ללא שינוי גדול

שווי הזהב באוצר עלה בצורה יפה (באדום) בעקבות גיוס נוסף של מדליות אך בעיקר עקב עליית שווי הזהב השבוע מ-450 ל-464. בכתום ניתן לראות את הגרף היחיד שיורד בעקביות והוא כמות הכסף שנמצאת בקופת המדינה הרשמית שמבטאת בעיקר את הירידה בהכנסות היומיות שהתרחשו בשבועות האחרונים. עלייה מרשימה הייתה בכמות הכסף שנמצאת בארגון האוצר עקב הפיצוי הטורקי והתשלום האיראני החודשי. קופת המדינה תופחת ומבטיחה את היציבות לקראת החודש הבא.

3. פרמטרים כלכליים בערכים שבועיים

א. סיוע ממשלתי
הסיוע מחושב על פי התמיכה הממוצעת של הממשלה בתושב ישראל המבקש אספקה. הסיוע כולל 3.22 טנקים רמה 7 בממוצע לאדם, כולל 7 יחידות מזון רמה 5 בממוצע לאדם. הסל חושב מתוך הנתונים של יחידות שמשון וצה"ל. האספקה גדלה לדיביזיה 2 מכאן השינוי.

ב. עודף הצרכן
מתאר את ההכנסה הכוללת של צרכן בישראל, העודף הוא הסכום של הסיוע הממשלתי ועוד המשכורת השבועית הכוללת. עלייה נרשמה עקב העלייה בשכר לעובד מ-20 ל-23 שח ביום.

ג. עודף היצרן
מתאר את הרווח של יצרן יצוגי של חומרי גלם לנשק. העודף הוא הרווח השבועי המצופה מיצרן כזה, הפרמטר לוקח בחשבון שינוים בבונוסים, את משכורות העובדים ואת מחירי חומרי הגלם בשוק נכון לשבוע הנוכחי.


בעוד הצרכנים הפשוטים הגדילו את ההכנסה, בעלי מפעלי חומרי הגלם נפגעו קשה עקב ירידות המחירים והעלייה בשכר. הדבר הוביל לתנועה לעבר ייצור של נשקים אצל חלק מהמעסיקים הגדולים.

4.המלצות האוצר:

א. כשלון ראשון היה בהעברה של ההצעה הקודמת שלי להורדת מס ההכנסה ל-5%, בתקווה שחברי הכנסת יתמכו בסיבות שפורטו בדוח הקודם . הצלחה נרשמה בהורדת המכסים על המזון שהעירו לפחות בתחילת השבוע את השוק בו נרשמו ירידות מחירים שהתאימו את עצמם קרוב למחירים העולמיים.
ההמלצה: הורדת מס ההכנסה ל- 5%.

ב. אחת הפעולות החשובות שנעשו במישור הצבאי הייתה פתיחתו המחודשת של סיירת מטכ"ל. העובדה שיש ארגון שמממן את עצמו בצורה פרטית מקלה על קופת האוצר והמדינה. כיוון שהמגמה מבטיחה את יציבות המדינה על ידי הורדת ההוצאות שלה יש לנסות ולחשוב על מודלים נוספים של יחידות פרטיות. אני ממליץ לשקול השכרה של יחידה קיימת במחיר מוזל לשחקן בכיר לצורך פתיחת יחידה פרטית בישראל תחת תנאים ואילוצים שיקבעו.

presented before you is the latest financial report of the state of Israel. this is the third week of the october's goverment.

weekly summary - the turkish occupation has finally ended causing some positive impacts on state's economy. our daily income moved around the 3K shekels p.d and got even higher as the days passed. the variance of the daily income dropped down after a very long time.

this week's congress medals donations dropped mostly due to the fact that we have reached 90% in contribution rate - a new record for israel! we have spent a small amount on the moi activities - an amount that was stolen due to a hack in one of our moi accounts. a great income of 120K recieved for area rent and the turkish compensation.

in red we can see that the gold value in the mof account rise. two reasons effected that - the first is an increase in congressmens gold donation and second due to a rise in gold value from 450 to 464 shekels. in blue we can see the impact of the 120K income on the mof total cc. in orange we can keep seeing the drop in the state treasury mostly cause by the slow daily income tax.

3. weekly economical parameters
a. goverment subsidy
the average subsidy for an eisraeli citizen that asks for supply in a daily basis stands for 642.23 shekels. it includes 3.22 tankks lv 7 and 7 unit of food lv 5 per day.

b. consumer surplus
- describes the total income of an eisraeli consumer that asks on a daily basic supply from his unit. it is the sum of both the gov subsidy and the average salary for a whole week. this week the number stands at 787 shekels.

c. manufacturer surplus
describes the revenue of a weaps raw materials. the surplus contains the expected revenue from the sellout , changes in country bonuses, workers salary and raw materials current price. this week it stands at 175 shekels.


the deflation rate of 19% was taken into account. we can see that the welfare increase to every single one of the players except the manufacturers of weaps raw. there was a movement of some manufacturers to the weaps industry from the raw productions.

4.Mof's recommendations:

a. i had a failure of convincing the congressmans to pass the a cut of 5% in the income tax. hopefully u will change your mind this week. we still pass the cut in the import tax on food, resulting an increase of activity in the market and a drop of prices.
my recommendation: lowering income tax to 5%.

b. another success last week was the reactivating of the sm - an action that saves a lot of money to the state. i believe we should keep this direction in order to strengthening the country's wealth.
my recommendation: rent one of israel's mu to a private player on a low cost.
