[Education] How to vote for Congress (in a nutshell)

Day 1,799, 20:22 Published in Philippines Republic of China (Taiwan) by Analia Arnheim

This is my second official article for the Ministry of Education. This shall provide new players a nutshell preview of how to vote here in Erepublik, since Congress elections is a day away. Thank you for reading.

On Election Day, citizens with at least 270 experience points can vote for their preferred candidate. Voting requires citizenship, so foreign residents of a country cannot vote in that country's elections. Note that you cannot view the results of an election before voting. There are four different types of elections:

- Party President Elections (held on 15th of every month)
- Regiment Captain Elections (held on 15th of every month)
- Congress Elections (held on 25th of every month)
- Country President Elections (held on 5th of every month)

Below is an example of a voting interface during Congress elections, which shall take place on the 25th of each month:

If a country has one region, 10 congress members shall be elected. If there were two regions, 20 shall be elected, and so on. If a country has four to forty regions, only 40 congress members shall be elected.

The election process will end as usual at 00:00 (eRepublik time), but for the next six hours the results will not be final. During this time Admins will analyze the votes to ensure the fairness of the elections.

Vote wisely. Courtesy of Erepublik Wiki, the official online encyclopedia of Erepublik.

Yours truly,
