Join the new world

Hello citizens of eIsrael. As a start I’d like to point out that this week was really not what I had hoped it would have been. Because of the RL military actions I was robbed of some key Cabinet roles due to RL preceding the game. Our MoF had to leave due to his duties. The position was moved to Augustus Grim and inhibited me from doing several things I wanted to do this week but all in all, it was OK. And now a summary of this week’s happenings.

Defense

First off - The first thing I did even before the beginning of this current week was to send a group PM to all captains in eIDF and the commander, as well as in Sayeret Matkal. That’s another thing that I did on my first day as CP - Instead of writing every day a command article I send to the captains of each division detailed orders regarding the day’s order. Of course we follow EDEN orders and direct orders to our RWs if needed. I ask all of you to show presence in the various battles and fight only there! In case there’s no daily order - CoTD! I update it as much as I can for maximum efficiency.

In the last days Al Jawf and Northen Borders were liberated by an organized attack by pro-Palestinian Hungarians. Both Resistance Wars opened at night and I won’t lie - They had better deterring ability than we had. We did our best but that wasn’t enough. Though we lost with an impressive outcome, it was not a walk in the park.



Things are complicated but still we must try.

Second topic I would like to discuss - Slicing Samson’s supplies and where we go on from here.

After much deliberation with the Cabinet, viewing the grim economical state of the country, it was decided to slice the Samson supplies. I’m sure it’s a situation that would displease many but it was decided. The country has no interest in supplying a private MU that considers itself a part of eIDF while most of its soldiers hit against country orders or not at all. eIDF has two units and it’s eIsrael Defenses Forces and Sayeret Matkal. Everyone outside this units, not wearing the uniform, does not count as an eIDF soldier from now on. Samson has consumed most of the country’s income in October and in two weeks during my term. We will not supply a private unit that requires far more funding than eIDF and has lower damage than many eIDF units, supports separating beginners from their appropriate unit and is filled with undisciplined soldiers, when we are on the verge of a financial crysis.

And I’d like to point out one thing - I’m not going to listen to any teasing after this move. eIDF is led by the country and the prime interest of mine and the cabinet’s. eIDF is eIDF and no other unit from this moment on. We’ll be able to get an economic relief and maybe finish this month with no major losses. But we’ll leave all those details to my Finance article during this week.

Foreign Affairs

Our foreign affairs are smooth as usual. Ambassador’s project was relaunched a week ago, they will present the country with bi-weekly reports and keep us updated on global affairs.

Regarding MPPs, it is no secret we have no money to fund these sums due to low income. Failed EDEN attempts to raise awareness to admins that most countries in game find it difficult to maintain the number of their MPPs keep Plato laughing so far. During this time we have refreshed our Croatian MPP since it is a core EDEN country and a long time eIsraeli partner.

Interior

During the past couple of days we’ve seen amazing work by our crew. Around 20-34 new players every day. However, the vast majority won’t stay in the game for the long run but we’ve witnessed easy wins in D1. Economy

So much to discuss here.

Let’s begin with the first issue on everyone's minds and I’ve already discussed - Slicing Samson supplies. I’m not really going to get into the “Why” - You can see that in the Defense section. The cabinet and I have discussed heavily on how to get out of the bad situation we’re into - 0 income per month (Except Congressman medals) and funding around 30K CC per week. There were many suggestions but none efficient enough to really get us the relief needed after this month and know we’re still relatively above water economy-wise.

We had two options - Either drastically slash or look away and burn all the country’s funds so that people will be glad. I chose the long term road which is to slash and save us from the predicament of the treasury. Whether or not to maintain this route is the next CP’s decision but let’s concentrate on this month. There’s a big chance we’ll end up without major losses after this decision. I think that I’ve said more than what every citizen needs to know in this matter and from here I’m moving on to the next order of business.

Replacing the MoF, our expenditure and daily income

I guess you all know that Ruvi has left the ministry, we couldn’t find a capable replacement who’s responsible other than him so it was decided I will run the Finances ministry with Rickolas. I’ll make sure to update in my weekly articles with everything regarding funds, income, expenditures, shall we begin?



We can see here that 13,053 was spent towards eIDF supplies. Take into account that the first numbers are 100-150 tanks, the 7.1 expenditure is for 420 tanks while in reserve we have around 150 more that were purchased a while ago. From here we can deduce that the expenditure is in proportion with our economical state. Sayeret Matkal is now getting 150q7 tanks a week.



In this picture we can see two numbers in every row (Red and Green). Green in CC represents the sum we began with in October until now in the organization. It includes the money we started with at the time, compensation from eTurkey, deal with eIran and other donations. In short - Income. The red represents our expenditure from the treasury from October until now whether it’s membership fee for EDEN or trading CC to gold in the market. Since my term began the treasury spent 51,464.644 CC (Value not included). Around 33,973.444 CC from that were devoted to buying supplies for Samson which is no longer funded and 26,353.2 CC for eIDF (While Sayeret Matkal received this Sunday a shipment of 150 tanks totalling at 2,650.5 CC).

In the second row we can see the amount of total gold from October with all incomes to the organization until today. There’s not much to say other than the gold leaving the organization was in order to trade 9,568 CC in the market this last Sunday.

Around ten days ago I started following our revenue from taxes. The thin dark blue line represents MPP signings. From the income we can see that in average we’ve earned 1,049.62 CC. My personal opinion - For a small country such as ours with few buyers and sellers this is a more than nice number. I believe most off the income is from the 2% weapon import tax. If you look at the market you’ll see many offers from foreign citizens (However few) but I believe the revenue income is from them. If you want to donate to eIsrael and help improve income - sign more MPPs - buy and sell in the eIsraeli market and nowhere else!

And in conclusion,

This was a rough week on several aspects. Some disliked the decisions the government made, but people, get this sentence in your head - Decisions have to be made. I won’t say anymore. we’ve had a complicated week; Pro-Terrorist Hungarians liberated Saudi regions we owned and we got those back. I have several plans with the cabinet for the upcoming week. In the meanwhile - Be alert and do all you can to defend our territory.

שלום, אזרחי ישראל. בתור התחלה ארצה להגיד שהשבוע הזה ממש לא היה כמו שציפיתי ממנו להיות. בגלל המבצע בעזה נלקחו ממני כמה עמדות מפתח בקבינט מהסיבה שהחיים האמיתיים קודמים למשחק. שר האוצר שלנו נאלץ לעזוב בגלל חובתו כחייל בצה"ל לצאת למילואים. היחידה הועברה לפיקודו של אוגוסטוס גרים שמנעה ממני לעשות קצת דברים שרציתי השבוע אבל בסה"כ, היה בסדר. וכעת אסכם לכם על כול מה שקרה השבוע.

ביטחון

קודם כול - הדבר הראשון שעשיתי עוד לפני תחילת השבוע הנוכחי היה לשלוח הודעה קבוצתית לכול הקפטנים ביחידת צה"ל והמפקד; גם של סיירת מטכ"ל. זה עוד דבר שעשיתי ביום הראשון שלי כנשיא - במקום לכתוב כול יום כתבת פקודות אני שולח לקפטנים של כול מחלקה הוראות מפורטות היכן לקבוע את הפקודה היומית. כמובן שאנחנו עוקבים אחרי פקודות עדן ופקודות ישירות למרדים שלנו במקרה הצורך. אני מבקש מכולם להראות נוכחות בקרבות השונים ולהלחם אך ורק שם! ובמקרה, שאין פקודה יומית, הקמפיין היומי! אני מעדכן אותו ככול האפשר בשביל מקסימום יעילות.

בימים האחרונים אל גאוף והגבולות הצפוניים שוחררו ע"י תקיפה מאורגנת של הונגרים פרו פלסיטינים. המרדים נפתחו בלילה ואני לא ישקר יכולת ההרתעה שלהם הייתה יותר טובה משלנו. באמת שעשינו את המקסימום אבל לא עזר, אומנם נלחמו על המורל שלנו ולהביס אותנו לא היה הליכה בפארק.



המצב מסובך. אבל עדיין צריכים לנסות.

הנושא השני שארצה לדבר עליו בתחום - חתיכת האספקות לשמשון ומאיפה הולכים מפה.

אחרי דיונים רבים עם הקבינט, ראיית המצב הכלכלי של המדינה (שהוא לא טוב) הוחלט לחתוך את האספקות ליחידת שמשון. אני בטוח שזה מצב שהרבה אנשים לא יהיו מרוצים ממנו אבל זוהי ההחלטה שהתקבלה. למדינה אין שום אינטרס לספק יחידה פרטית שמחשיבה את עצמה כחלק מצה"ל בעוד שרוב חיילה מכים נגד הוראות המדינה או לא מכים בכלל. לצה"ל יש שתי יחידות והן צבא ההגנה לישראל וסיירת מטכ"ל. כול בן אדם אשר לא ביחידות אלו, לא לובש את המדים לא נחשב כחייל צה"ל מעתה והלך. שמשון אכלה וצרכה את רוב הכנסות המדינה בחודש אוקטובר ובשבועיים האלו תחת הקדנציה שלי. אנחנו לא נספק יחידה פרטית שצורכת מימון הרבה יותר גדול משל צה"ל, הדמג שלה נמוך בהרבה מיחידת צה"ל, תומכת בהפרדת המתחילים מן היחידה המתאימה להם ומלאה רובה בחיילים לא ממושמעים, במצב של משבר כלכלי.

וארצה לציין דבר אחד קטן - אני לא הולך להקשיב ההקטנות נגדי אחרי המהלך הזה. צה"ל הוא צבא בראשות המדינה והדאגה הראשונה שלי ושל הקבינט לפני כול דבר. צה"ל הוא צה"ל ולא שום יחידה אחרת מהרגע הזה. נוכל לקבל בנוסף רגיעה כלכלית ואפילו לסיים את החודש בלי הפסד גדול בכלל. אבל את כול הפרטים נשאיר לקטע הכתיבה שלי על האוצר בהמשך המאמר.

יחסי החוץ

יחסי החוץ שלנו חלקים כמו תמיד. פרויקט השגרירים החל לפעול לפני כשבוע, הם ייצגו את המדינה עם דוחות שבועיים. צפו לאחד בקרוב.

לגבי עניין הבריתות; זה לא סוד שאין לנו כסף לממן את הסכומים האלה מפאת הכנסה נמוכה. ניסיונות כושלים בעדן לבנתיים להגביר את המודעות לאדמינים שרוב המדינות במשחק מתקשות על לשמור את מספר הבריתות שלהם, אבל בנתיים פלאטו רק ממשיך לצחוק. בזמן הזה, ריעננו את הברית עם קרואטיה. למה היא ולא מדינה אחרת? היא אחת מחברות הליבה בעדן וחברה טובה של ישראל כבר הרבה מאוד זמן.

כול כך הרבה לדבר כאן.

בוא נתחיל בנושא הראשון שמעניין את כולם וכבד דיברתי עליו - חתיכת אספקת שמשון. אני ממש לא הולך לדבר כאן מהן הסיבות או מדוע - אתם יכולים לראות אותם בנושא של הביטחון. אני והקבינט ישבנו הרבה מאוד זמן וחשבנו על דרכים איך להציל את המדינה מהבור שהיא נכנסה אליו - 0 הכנסות בחודש (חוץ ממדליות של הכנסת) ומימון של בסביבות ה30 אלף ש"ח בשבוע. התגבשו מספר הצעות אבל אף אחד מהם לא הייתה מספיק יעילה בשביל באמת להגיד שנוכל לנשום ברווחה אחרי החודש הזה ולהגיד שהאוצר עוד יחסית במצב טוב.

היו לנו שתי אופציות - להתחיל לקצץ בצורה דרסטית או לקבור את כול הכסף של המדינה בשביל לאנשים יהיה שמח ולהעלים עין. אני בחרתי בדרך ארוכת הטווח שהיא לקצץ ולהציל אותנו מהמצב הנוראי של האוצר. האם להמשיך בדרך הזאת היא ההחלטה של הנשיא הבא אבל בוא נתרכז בחודש הנוכחי. יש סיכוי מאוד גדול שנגמור את החודש ללא הפסדים גדולים כלל אחרי ההחלטה. אני חושב שאמרתי מה שכול אזרח צריך לדעת בנושא הזה ואפילו יותר ומכאן אני יעבור לנושא הבא.

החלפת שר האוצר, ההוצאות שלנו וההכנסות היומיות

אני מניח שכולכם יודעים כבר כי רובי עזב את המשרד; לא מצאנו בן אדם מספיק מתאים ואחראי חוץ ממנו לנהל את האוצר עם זמן פנוי לכן הוחלט כי אני ועומרי (ריקולס) ננהל את האוצר. אני ידאג לעדכן בכתבות השבועיות שלי בכול מה שנוגע לכספים; מה נכנס ומה יצא מהאוצר. שנתחיל?



אפשר לראות שיצאו כ13,053 שקלים במדויק למען אספקות יחידות צה"ל. קחו בחשבון כי המספרים הראשונים הם 100 טנקים לבין 150 טנקים - ההוצאה של ה7.1 אלף היא למען 420 טנקים כשבמאגר יש לנו עוד בסביבות ה150 שכבר נקנו ממזמן. מכך אפשר לראות שההוצאות הן יחסית סבירות למצב הכלכלי שלנו. סיירת מטכ"ל החלה מיום ראשון לקבל מימון של כ150 טנקים בשבוע.



בתמונה אפשר לראות שני מספרים בכול שורה (אדום וירוק). הירוק במטבע המקומי מייצג את הסכום אשר התחלנו איתנו בחודש אוקטובר עד עכשיו בארגון. הוא כולל את הכסף שהתחלנו איתו באותו הזמן, כסף הפיצוי של טורקיה, העסקה עם איראן ותרומות אחרות. או בקיצור - ההכנסות. האדום מייצג את כול ההוצאות שלנו מהאוצר מחודש אוקטובר ועד עכשיו בין אם זה דמי התשלום לעדן או החלפה של שקלים למען גולד בשוק. מאז התחלת הקנדציה שלי יצאו מהאוצר כ51,464.644 שקלים (ערך לא כלול). כ-33,973.444 שקלים מהסכום יצאו למען קניית אספקה ליחידת שמשון שכעת לא ממומנת יותר ו26,353.2 שקלים לצה"ל (כאשר סיירת קיבלה ביום ראשון האחרון משלוח של 150 טנקים במחיר של 2,650.5 שקלים).

בשורה השנייה אפשר לראות את סכום הגולד הכולל מחודש אוקטובר עם כול ההכנסות לארגון עד היום. אין כ"כ הרבה מה להגיד חוץ מכך שה20 הגולד שיצאו מהארגון הם היו למען החלפה של 9,568 שקלים בשוק ביום ראשון האחרון.

בצד ימין של כול שורה תוכלו לראות את ההפרש - מספר הגולד והשקלים כרגע באוצר - נכון לזמן ונתונים אלה.



מלפני כעשרה ימים התחלתי לעקוב אחר ההכנסות שלנו מהמיסים. הקו הדק בצבע כחול כהה מסמן מתי שחתמנו ברית. מההכנסות אפשר לראות שבממוצע הרווחנו ביום כ-1,049.62 ש"ח. דעתי האישית - יחסית למדינה קטנה כמו שלנו שהקונים והמוכרים בה הוא לא הרבה זה מספר יותר מנחמד. אני מאמין שרוב ההכנסה היא ממס היבוא שהוא 2% על טנקים. אם תסתכלו בשוק תראו הרבה מאוד סחורות מאנשים מחול (אומנם מעט במספרם) אבל אני מאמין שמקור ההכנסות הוא מהם. אם אתה רוצים לתרום לישראל ולעזור לה לשפר הכנסות - לחתום יותר בריתות - תקנו ותמכרו בשוק הישראלי ולא בשום שוק אחר!

ולסיכום,

אומנם מכמה בחינות השבוע היה קשה. חלק לא אוהבים את ההחלטות שהממשלה קיבלה, אבל אנשים, שהמשפט הבא יכנס לכם טוב לראש - החלטות צריכות להעשות. אני לא יגיד יותר מזה. היה לנו שבוע מסובך במקצת; ההונגרים הפרו פלסטינים שחררו את השטחים הסעודיים שבבועלותינו וכבשנו אותם בחזרה. לי ולקבינט יש מספר תכנונים לשבוע הקרב. לבנתיים - תהיו ערניים ותעשו ככול שביכולתם להגנת השטחים שלנו.

מיאו
