Introduction
Yet another article explaining what I have been up to in this Revolutionary month of reforms.If you want any help or want to get involved in my administration please do message me.

I promised to do in one term what some people thought was an impossible ammount to try and achieve. So many of these programs are new so there might be some trial issues with them, so please let me know either by commenting on this article or messaging me a more detailed analysis.

COUNTRY REFORMS

Dictatorship Reforms
I have served as the Constitutional Dictator of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 60 days straight. In this time I was active and responsive quick to press those in game buttons when needed. However 60 days is enough for me, and so in order to focus on being the Country President I will be standing down as Dictator. The new Dictator of Saudi Arabia will be the long standing servant of Saudi Arabia I-G-D who has proven himself as an active and trust worthy Dictator in the past.

Congress reforms
Many of you will be aware that under the dictatorship module Congress has no power. Some of you will also be aware That the Admins have proposed a change to the way Dictatorships work. This might well see having a Constitutional Dictator as being completely unaffordable in the long run. No plan has been made public yet as to what we will do to adapt to this situation. What I can tell you is I promised to reform congress and give it a purpose, and under my administration we will achieve this.



INTERIOR AFFAIRS

University Update
We have had a few new players commenting and asking me questions and are being guided through the beginning stages of the game. If you want to be admitted to the university program or if you just want some tips then please do message me.

Saudi Arabia National Library
I hope to compile as many articles and helpful links as I can that help to explain the new game for beginners. This will be a great resource for new players and will inevitably make our nation stronger. If you want to help compile this massive Library or if you want to write something to be included in the Library then please message me. We will only be accepting articles in Arabic or English, thank you.

National Health Service
This is a new initiative that will be set up which will seek to give free food to new players, we know that in the beginning it can be hard to know what to do and how to use your resources so we will be supplying all lower level Saudi Citizens with free food over the next few days.



DEFENCE AND FOREIGN AFFAIRS


Call to Arms
This is a simple feature I'm adding. I will handing out free tanks for all Saudi citizens and allies who comment on this article or preferable send me an in game message. So for your change to get 10 Q7 tanks comment bellow or Message me.

Military Unit Coordination
It is vital that Military Units are fighting in the right battles and not wasting damage. To help ensure that Saudi Arabia is correctly using its damage I will be setting up a group message that contains all of the Commanders of Saudi military units. In these messages the government will inform Commanders as to which battles to fight in.

Battle Orders
A new initiative my administration promised and will deliver on is battle orders and priorities. These will be published by the Minister of Defence or the Country President they will inform you of what Saudi Battles the government is prioritising as the most important. Citizens will be encouraged to follow these battle orders and later on weapons and food might be supplied by the government for fighting in these battles. We will be releasing these very shortly.

Ambassadors Program
Are you a citizen of Saudi Arabia interested in another country? Then please apply to the ambassadors program where you will be on the fore front of foreign relations helping to interview Alliance Leaders, Dictators, country Presidents and MoFA’s from across the eWorld.



FINANCE

Budget
When I was elected I promised I would spend more money on government programs than any Administration for years. However I promised fiscal responsibility and said that we would end my term with a surplus. So far we are on course to keep to our budget and produce a surplus by the end of my term whilst also heavily funding out citizens.

Investment Bank
I am proud to announce the creation of an Investment bank, we will be providing an interest free loan to citizens. That's right you can now apply to the government asking for a no interest free loan. These loans will strengthen our country and start to use the money in our reserves to grow new players. If you are interested in a loan then message me.
