[CP] Let's summarize it! [HEB/ENG]

הכהונה שלי הגיע אל סופה, וזה הזמן לסכם אותה. יש דברים שכדי לגלות לכם, ולא יכולתי לגלות לכם אותם בעבר. אבל עכשיו סיימתי את הכהונה שלי, והגיע הזמן לגלות לכם הכל (כל מה שאפשרי כמובן).
אז הנה סקירה קצרה בצורה כרונולוגית על הכהונה שלי:



ככה ישראל נראתה לאחר שנבחרתי לנשיאות המדינה. לכאורה, הכל נראה טוב ויפה אבל איך ישראל באמת נראתה?
חוסר סדר ענקי, חוסר אספקה מינימאלי, הוראות ופקודות מלחמה לא במקום הנכון.
הייתי ביחידה הצבאית eIDF D4 וככה שם זה נראה, אבל אני יכול לספר לכם שככה זה היה בכל יחידה צבאית לאומית בישראל. מיד לאחר שנבחרתי, כינסנו את כל האנשים החשובים בישראל והתחלנו לדון כיצד ניתן לשפר את המצב. אנשים טענו שלהכין יחידה צבאית אחת לכל ישראל היא רעיון שלי בלבד, זה לא נכון. הרבה אנשים חשבו על זה והציעו לי את זה:




החלטנו להפוך את eIDF D4 ליחידה שנעבור אליה כולנו. אחר כך התחלנו להעביר אנשים מהיחידות השונות אל היחידה שנבחרה, אני מעוניין להודות למפקדי היחידות הצהליות הקודמות על תפקידם למדינה.
למעשה, לצה"ל היו 155 חברים, ככה שהמעבר בוצע בהצלחה יתרה.
ככה נפתרו גם בעיות האספקה וגם בעיות האורדרים השגויים. הכל במעבר אחד פשוט.
אחר כך, התחלתי לחפש עבור רב אלוף וסגן עבורו, אבל הבעיה הכי גדולה של ישראל חזרה שוב ושוב.
שאלתי המון אנשים האם הם מעוניינים להיות רב אלוף או סגנו, אבל אף אחד מהם לא הסכים מפאת קוצר זמן או סיבות כאלו ואחרות (שאלתי גם את ג'ו פרנקו וסנדליים, למען הרקורד).
לא רציתי להיות רב האלוף של ישראל, אבל לא הייתה לי ברירה.
עקב הסיבות האלו, לא הייתה לי שום ברירה, והחלטתי להיות רב אלוף ונשיא המדינה באותו הזמן.

בהתחלה, לא הייתה שום בעיה לשמור על השטחים שלנו בסעודיה, אף אחד לא נלחם שם למען הסעודים.
הדבר הזה השתנה במהרה, בגלל סרטונים כאלו ואחרים בעולם האמיתי, בגלל שעדן רצת לצאת מעדן ובגלל סיבות נוספות, מרבית טורקיה החלה להלחם נגד ישראל.
הקרב הראשון שנעשה תחת ממשלתי, היה עקוב מדם. מליונים של דאמג' נעשו שם:



באותו היום, קיבלתי בערך 100 הודעות טרול מאנשים שונים, שאיימו שהם ימצ
לא הייתה שום בעיה לשחרר את האזור מחדש אחר כך. לאחר מכן, התחילו להלחם נגדנו באופן קבוע, איבדנו איזורים ותקפנו אותם מחדש.
יחד עם הממשלה, החלטנו לא להסתבך ולהתחיל להפטר מאזורים שאנחנו לא צריכים.
היו לנו שלושה אזורים בלי בונוסים שימושיים בערב הסעודית הייל, אל ריאד וטאבוק. (איסטרן פרווינס שייכת לקפריסין והושכרה לנו תחת ממשלת ג'ו פרנקו).
היו 4 דברים שהיינו יכולים לעשות עם השטחים האלו:1. להשכיר אותם : שום מדינה לא הייתה מעוניינת בשטחים האלו.
2. לתת אותם לסעודים : זה היה יכול להיות פתרון טוב, אילולא היינו מפסידים את אלג'אוף או NB ואז היינו צריכים לכבוש מחדש את כל השטחים האלו.
3. לתת אותם ליוונים עד שהרוחות ירגעו : היוונים הסכימו בהתחלה, אבל לצערנו התחילו מלחמות ביוון ונאלצנו לוותר על הרעיון.
4. לשמור את השטחים אצלנו, וזה מה שעשינו.

לאחר כמה ימים, קפריסין פנתה אלינו בקשר לאיסטרן פרווינס ושאלה אם אנחנו רוצים להמשיך את החוזה איתם. החלטתי שאין לנו שום צורך בשטח הזה, והחזרנו להם אותו, התמורה הייתה עוד 100 K CC כל חודש.

מטרת השטח הזה הייתה להחזיק שטח נפט באיחוד האמרויות הערביות, אבל לצערנו לא היינו מסוגלים להחזיק מלחמה אחת בערב הסעודית, אז שתיים? התשובה הייתה ברורה, זה לא רק בגלל איראן. זה גם קצת בגללנו.
אחר כך, היינו צריכים להחזיר את השטח לקפריסין, שהחליטו להביא אותו לאיראנים תמורת כסף. וזה בהחלט מה שעשינו. איראן הייתה מעוניינת בשטח חיטה, ולמעשה השטח הוא רק גשר לשטח כזה.
לנו היו שלושה שטחי חיטה לא בשימוש, והחלטנו להשכיר אחד לאיראנים. המחיר היה 70000 תמורת אל ריאד. הסכן מצויין לשתי המדינות.

לאחר מכן, טורקיה החליטה להציע עלינו NE, למה הם עשו את זה? התשובה פשוטה. טורקיה רצתה להציע את הונגריה כאויב הבטי שלה כדי להשלים את המשימה. אבל הונגריה סגרה את הגבול עם טורקיה. טורקיה חיפשה מישהו להציע עליו NE ותקפה את ישראל בלי להודיע על זה מראש. הקרבות נגד ישראל היוו עבורם מפתח למשימה והוגדרו כ"קרב של היום" או "דיילי אורדר". לא היה לנו שום סיכוי.
החלטנו לשחרר את אל ג'אוף. ככה טורקיה לא תוכל לתקוף את כל ישראל וישארו לנו כמה שטחים בערב הסעודית, לאחר מכן נוכל לשחרר את ישראל במרדים מול טורקיה. כמובן שדאגנו לזה שישראל תקבל מימון מלא על המרדים האלו.
טורקיה התנהגה בצורה מבישה, לא כמו חברה בברית שלנו, לא כמו חברה של המדינה שלנו ולא בצורה שיכולה לצאת בצורה כלשהיא בלי לעבור על סדר היום.

כמו שאתם בוודאי רואים, היה עלי להוציא "קצת" כסף עבור אספקה. הדבר הזה נעשה בגלל ששר האוצר לא היה ממש פעיל והייתי צריך לדאוג לאספקה שוטפת עד כמה שאפשר.

My term comes to an end and I woud like to sum it up. There are some things which are needed to be explained and there are some things which I could not show you in the past but at the moment I can. So, let me try to explain chronologically everything what has happened during my term.



That's how eIsrael looked just after I got elected for the Country President. At first glance, everything looks great; eIsrael is a big country with many regions. But how did it really look? The national unit of eIsrael which was divided into 4 military units where every military unit corresponds to adequate Division was in a poor condition. The people didn't receive supplies at all, the orders were not set on time or they were not set at all etc. I was a member of eIDF Div4 so I am telling how it looked there but I know that such things were happening in other divisions too. Like I've said the condition of eIDF was bad. That's why just after I got elected for CP we started debating with the most appropriate people in eIsrael how to reform the unit. Some people say that making one unit of eIDF for all the divisions was an idea of myself only. It is not the truth. During our talks the majority of the people who took part in our debate was the supporters of making one unit.




We decided to make from then eIDF4 an unit for all the divisions. And after this we started saying people from D1, D2 and D3 to move to the new-old unit of eIDF. I'd like to thank all the commanders of D1, D2 and D3 for a good cooperation and good work with telling people where and why to move. Actually eIDF has 155 members so The action "deportation" was done successfully. Because of this reform there were not problems with the DO so everyone could fight where it was needed on time, everyone gets supplies after filling out a form so another problem has been solved also we have now a better oversight in the unit and the problem with inactive commanders disappeared. Firstly I wanted to find people who will be nominated as Rav Aluf and Vice Rav Aluf of eIDF. However, the biggest problem of eIsrael reared its ugly head again. I asked many people to be RA, many of them refused saying that they have no time to do so, the rest even didn't respond. (I asked inter alia Joe Franco and SandalaiM) I didn't plan to make myself a commander and automatically the Rav Aluf of eIDF. I saying honestly I had no choice. I wanted eIDF to work well and if people could not do their best because of a lack of time or didn't want to help it was better me to be the RA. That's why I had to make in eIsrael a military junta. I was the CP and RA at the same time.

At the beginning of the month eIsrael controlled many regions in the KSA. And generally it was not that hard to keep them in our hands because in the RWs no one fought for the KSA. However, the things have changed. Because of any movie and the propaganda of some eTurkish people who don't want eTurkey to be in EDEN any more the people, mostly from eTurkey have started fighting harder for the KSA. In the first RW which it was under my term we had a really fierce battle with millions of damage done.

Unfortunately, we lost this battle. During this day and then I were getting daily 100 troll messages where they even threatened me that they will find and kill me in. eIsrael did completly nothing to be treated by the "allies" in this way. There was no a problem to regain this region. We only needed to wait some hours. Then, from time to time we were losing regions (because they didn't stop fighting against us after the first battle in Al Jawf) and then regaining them back. Together with the government we were wondering what to do with the regions we didn't need. We had 3 regions which were not needed by us: Ha'il, Al Riyadh and Tabuk. (Eastern Province was a region which eCyprus rented us under JF's term) There were 4 things which could be done with these regions. We could rent it. Yes, but then no one was not interested in renting any. We could give it back to the KSA and sign an agreement so they could having more regions for Congress. Yes, but if we lost Al Jawf or Nothern Borders what was very possible we would have to NE the KSA and take not only AJ and NB but the rest of their regions too. We could give it Greece. And they could keep it in their hands till the moment our enemies would start fighting less hard. Yes, but Greece initially hesitated and then was not interested in getting these regions. We had no other solutions. The 4th thing we could do with these regions was to keep them in our hands. That's what we did.

However, some time after we had to fight in our RWs, eCyprus contacted to us in order to get a renting fee from us. I decided not to extend the agreement signed by Joe Franco because paying 100,000 CC for a region we do not need at all was a tommyrot. We were not able to get an oil region in eUAE. It's not only about eIran but we were not able to handle one RW in the KSA. Could we handle 2 RWs then? The answer is clear. Even if we gained a region with an oil in the eUAE we would lose it. At the same time we could lose Al Jawf as well. That means we would have to make both the KSA and then UAE our NE. That would be a never-ending story. That's why paying for EP was in my opinion a nonsense. After we didn't extend the agreement we had to give EP back to eCyprus. And that's what we did. eCyprus decided to rent a region of EP to eIran which was interested in getting a grain region. However, EP was only a bridge to a grain region. All the grain regions belonged to eIsrael. We had 3 grain regions. That's why I decided to sign an agreement with eIran. We rented a region of Al Riyadh for 70,000 CC. It's a good deal for both countries.

Like you can see here tomorrow we will get a first part of money which eIran needs to pay us for renting.

Lately, eTurkey declared us as its NE. Why did they do this? The answer is simple. eTurkey was going to declare Hungary as its NE firstly in order to complete the mission. But eHungary cut the border with eTurkey off. And eTurkey did something that does not fit in a head of anyone. They've attacked eIsrael without any word that they are going to do this. We actually have no chances against them. The battles against eIsrael are set by them as their CoD and they want to complete the mission. However, eIsrael will not get wiped out. We've made a plan. We only need to cut off the border with eTurkey. If we did it (and we already have done it) eTurkey would lose the NE and then we need to RW the regions which are conquered by eTurkey actually. We also got ensure that all the expenses which eIsrael will need to do will be reimbursed. eTurkey acted very bad, not like an ally, not like a member of alliance we're both in. Their behavior is inappropriate and incomprehensible.

Some people accused me of lack of transparency. Here is the list of eIsraeli expenditures in September 2012:
