[Chaos] Help me to understand

Hello eCanada,
Something happen the other day. eSpain proposed us as natural enemy(NE) and one of our Congress Members-CptChazbeard instantly proposed defensive NE against eSpain. Both proposals failed at the end and CptChazbeard got banned from Congress for 7 days because his proposal was ilegal. He did it without forum discussion and without contacting Country President about it.
Those are the rules but I must tell I would do the same thing as he did at that moment(not in the future) because it was(still is) right thing to do. When the law was proposed we had 24 for a discussion and did the right thing.
Yesterday Chance Harrison proposed UK as our NE. Also without any talks in Congress and with CP. There were some discussion with this subject but never pointed at UK in the past 20 days. The law will pass. He did it without any reason and consequences(no blacklisting).
What happen in the meanwhile? What changed?
Our Speaker was Party President and Speaker at the same time and that's agains the rules. We got Deputy Speaker almost 10 days after the elections and he is Deputy without even forum account. That's lame, how is he doing his job if he is not even there?
What's wrong with this picture?
I must say I don't know this guys well and I don't try to defend or attack anyone. This doesn't even have anything to do with mine or any other party. I like to think with my own head.
I voted NO on NE against eSpain and YES on NE against UK, just like CP and GOV wanted.
Just want some answers.
You can ignore all this if you like but I had to say it 🙂

The easy (incomplete) answer is that a small group of like minded individuals have led a slightly larger group of bored-minded individuals into running things in as messy a way as possible for the purpose of fun. Regardless of electoral results (sheep) or rules (boring).
The cure is... well, there is no cure because the protagonists see themselves as forever anti-establishment and there is no will to actually develop a plan of action that would encompass the whole of Canada. Which I can understand... effort usually feels wasted and that is no fault of our own (#gamelacking).
So basically, all this irregularities are regular right? 😃

I do recall much discussion in the forums about aiming an NE at eUK... I advocated against it, and voted against it. Best case scenario, TWO doesn't get involved, and we have a training war. Worst (and most likely) case scenario, either TWO tanks in UK battles, or eSpain invades us again, or perhaps both.

Yeah but when? It didn't considered and discussed for real in this Congress term as I can remember.
Most likely we are loosing Congress 🙂

O.k. I admit there were few words long time ago but nothing specific and decided. I read congressional rules and still noone follows them this days 😃

How sure are you that Spain will ignore an invasion of a TWO country?
It won't be ignored, I'm just FAIRLY certain that it won't be Spain attacking us
There would not be need for any other attacks they just need to focus their damage on us across the UK.
All in all it will be interesting to have real war and see who our friends are 😉

I wasn't going to say anything, but yeah, it seems everything is based on who is feeling lucky today. Obviously there are those who lead the sheeple and if you walk around with your nose squarely in their ass you can pretty much do as you like as long as you rock the boat in the direction that is wanted. Meh, rules are meant for people who give a shit anyhow. 😃
