Buenos días/tardes/noches, ciudadanos de eCuba.
El ministerio de economía de Cuba tiene el placer de presentar el primer informe sobre el estado del tesoro y sus cuentas. La transparencia y el buen hacer será clave durante este mes y durante todos en los que depositéis vuestra confianza.
De donde venimos.
El día 7 de noviembre, tras la salida efectiva del anterior CP Ernesto Che Guevara. y tras conseguir el acceso a la ORG de Banco Central de Cuba, encontramos que en ese preciso momento había 6.159.523,08 CUP y 0,04 gold.
Sin entrar en valoraciones y por la información de la que disponemos no existe ningún documento de transparencia ni ninguna justificación de gastos existente. Si es así, agradeceríamos al gobierno saliente que nos facilitara estos datos. Esta situación ya se la plantee al anterior CP via mensaje privado, pero aún no he recibido respuesta.
La poca información de la que disponemos nos permite saber que el 11 de octubre el Banco Central de Cuba disponía de 14.088.347,77 CUP y 0.04 gold.
Además, queremos aclarar que el gobierno anterior no hizo efectivo la devolución del 80% de los ingresos por la concesión de recursos a Taiwán, acuerdo que lleva meses planteándose. La cantidad a deber correspondía a 4.657.602 CUP
Esto implica que los fondos reales que el gobierno entrante ha encontrado en el banco son 1.501.921,08 CUP
El gobierno anterior, en un plazo de 27 días ha gastado 7.928.824,69 CUP (Aproximadamente 5 meses de ingresos de eCuba) en gastos sin justificar (sin contar los ingresos generados).
Disponemos de la siguiente información de transacciones sospechosas en base a los logs de la org respecto a las transacciones que hizo el anterior CP. Por normativa del juego, no se pueden dar más detalles que los siguientes, pero estamos a disposición de todos los ciudadanos de eCuba si quieren información adicional a través de otros medios:
- Se donaron 8.500.000 CUP a través de Banco Central de Cuba a Ernesto Che Guevara.
- Se donaron 1.000.000 CUP a través de Banco Central de Cuba a iasmindarius.
- Se donaron 1.000.000 CUP a través de Banco Central de Cuba a KinG KraToS

Durante este gobierno todos los gastos estarán reflejados en el documento de transparencia correspondiente, de tal forma que todos los ciudadanos de eCuba tengan conocimiento sobre cuantos recursos disponemos y sobre donde se están invirtiendo. Además, tener acceso a esta información permite a todos los ciudadanos poder proponer mejoras y ejercer control efectivo sobre el gobierno.

Good morning/afternoon/evening, citizens of eCuba.
The Ministry of Economy of Cuba is pleased to present the first report on the state of the treasury and its accounts. Transparency and good governance will be crucial during this month and throughout all the months in which you place your trust.
Where we come from.
On November 7, after the effective departure of the previous CP Ernesto Che Guevara, and after gaining access to the ORG Banco Central de Cuba, we found that at that precise moment there were 6,159,523.08 CUP and 0.04 gold.
Without delving into assessments and based on the information available to us, there are no transparency documents or justifications for existing expenses. If there are, we would appreciate it if the outgoing government could provide us with this data. This situation was already brought to the attention of the previous CP via private message, but I have not yet received a response.
The limited information available to us allows us to know that on October 11, the Central Bank of Cuba had 14,088,347.77 CUP and 0.04 gold.
Additionally, we want to clarify that the previous government did not fulfill the return of 80% of the income from granting resources to Taiwan, an agreement that has been under consideration for months. The quantity to be returned amounted to 4,657,602 CUP.
This implies that the actual funds the incoming government found in the bank are 1,501,921.08 CUP.
The previous government, within a period of 27 days, spent 7,928,824.69 CUP (Approximately 5 months of eCuba's income) on expenses without justification (without considering the revenue generated).
We have the following information on suspicious transactions based on the organization's logs regarding the transactions made by the previous CP. According to game regulations, we cannot provide more details than the following, but we are available to all eCuba citizens if they want additional information through other means:
- 8,500,000 CUP were donated through the Central Bank of Cuba to Ernesto Che -Guevara.
- 1,000,000 CUP were donated through the Central Bank of Cuba to iasmindarius.
- 1,000,000 CUP were donated through the Central Bank of Cuba to KinG KraToS.
Where we are going.
During this government, all expenses will be reflected in the corresponding transparency document, so that all citizens of eCuba are aware of the resources available to us and where they are being invested. Moreover, having access to this information allows all citizens to propose improvements and exercise effective control over the government.

Se agradece esto después de meses sin transparencia. Esto debería ser el mínimo exigible a cualquier gobierno, un documento explicando y con las anotaciones de dónde se gasta nuestro dinero.

What a great assessment. Hydra going to war with Spain over 14m cc, of which CP "steals" 8m, but forgets to steal the remaining amount. Maybe if this was 2013, when packs were selling at rate 10 000cc/10 eur this could somewhat make sense, but its almost 2024 now.

Your "transparency act" is very silly and ingenuine. First of all, you have never cared about Cuba while you were greatly mismanaging it, second of all, no outgoing government has obligation to cooperate with new one, there can also be disputes, you know, like the ones currently in Cuba, from game perspective, CP is the ultimate holder of orgs and treasury, and he can do literally whatever he wants, and by the looks of it, he has fought against Spanish invasion and had two MTOs, and left the remaining cc untouched. How you want to interpret things is your problem, just pointing out the extremely idiotic assessment by the great prophet NueveOcho, to whom speaks God himself and tells the truth.

There are the logs of the COs in their fights against the MTOs as you call them and in them you can see that they did not spend those 8.5kk of coins. And for a Macedonian, Latvian or Lithuanian to say that the Spanish are invaders in Cuba....
Cuba was an abandoned country. Spain mismanaged it, lost interest, and left. Once Hydra started to show interest, suddenly many low level Spanish accounts grasped the historical significance of Cuba for them and jumped there as if it was the other side of the rainbow where a leprechaun is sitting on pot of gold under it.
As for the funds, its 2023, burning through 5m cc for mercenaries is extremely easy nowadays. I don't know, maybe ask yourself if Ches intentions were to steal cc, why would he leave anything in the org for you? From game mechanics and law perspective, he could have easily taken that cc and you could not say or do anything about it.
