I'm not sure what the defund thing is meant to mean, congresspeople are expected to vote on what they think is right - I voted no on several donates when I wasn't confident that the government was allowing fair scrutiny of info, spending, decisions and so on. I don't think I was elected to blindly vote yes when it's not clear if congress is being obstructed by gov or not. At the point I felt reassured I was voting yes again. I am unsure what more anyone wants from our elected reps 🙂
