A computerized, soothing female voice speaks to newly-awaked passenger #82

"Good morning, Wilker. Welcome back to eRepublik! You've been in cryogenic sleep for 236 years. You'll find that this world is much less lively than you remember it, because nearly all other residents are likewise in a state of cryogenic sleep. However, there is still much to do."

Wilker stretches his stiff muscles as he wakes from his long slumber, and rubs the sleep from his eyes. His cryogenic pod depressurizes and the lid begins to unseal.

"Before we let you go, you have one unviewed message from our eternal party CoS, MelissaRose. Would you like to view now?"

Wilker considers the question as he takes stock of his surroundings.

"Uhh, sure."

The screen turns to a video message. The familiar form of Mel appears. There are no words, only the sound of a whip cracking.



Underneath the video, there is a caption: "You know what you need to do."

Wilker gulps as the video comes to an end and the robotic arm holding the screen pulls away. In its place, another robotic arm presents a typewriter.

"While there is more advanced writing technology, we believe that this is the one you're most familiar with." The voice continues.

Wilker begins his work.

Well hey guys, it's been a while. New Year's is coming soon. What are you thankful for from the past year? That Lady Gaga x Tony Bennett album makes my list.

Where have I been? Well, 2-clicking for one. I've been slowly collecting q7 weapons factories, so that's been fun.

So what brought me back? Why now? Well, it seems like the feds are starting to gear up for an active month, and I didn't want to miss out on the fun!

Feds, if you don't know, are the best party, and the most fun.

So now, I'll be poking my nose around and seeing what form I want my activity to take this month.
