Ladies and Gentlemen

I am Arthur Wellesley and I am seeking my third and final term as your MP from Wales. I believe in being completely upfront, which is why I wish to make it clear that I will not be running for reelection again. After my job is done, I will be heading to South Africa to help them strengthen their country.

However, I am just as committed to the responsibility of being an MP as before. I have served as your MP for two terms now, and have been quite active. I am also the Party President of the UKRP, Chancellor of the Exchequer, and I run Wellington Chase Bank. I'm obviously no lightweight.
