Good evening Belgium,


It is with great pleasure that I am here to address you.
As you may already know, I am applying for CP in October and would like to use this article to update you on me, my plans for the presidency (the first of my career) and take the opportunity to introduce you to some faces of my cabinet if you grant me the confidence to lead this nation.


Economy
We will keep the current approach that has given us stability and economic growth, hence our current concession agreements with our international partners which represent our most important financial income and my cabinet will work to consistently maintain these agreements. Our tax income, while good, is overshadowed by our concession income, so I don't expect to move much in terms of taxes.


Military and foreign affairs

We shall continue our current Training Wars and MPPS if our partners agree to uphold them.
It is important to offer our players an opportunity for daily fights. I can assure that our fights will start regularly and that our fighters will be informed in case of emergencies. Our partners can also count on our cooperation and will always have an open ear in case of talks.

The cabinet will continue to follow its neutrality policy. We realize that Belgium has always and will continue to rely on outside help to survive potential attacks. Remaining neutral and away from alliance politics will help us avoid any problematic situations. Our concessions are also helped by our neutrality and our willingness to talk with each nation no matter their allegiance.



Society and education

I will keep the role of MoE for this month.
Our focus will always remain the growth of our players and above all the assistance to newcomers.
Therefore, the current B.A.S. (BelgianAirSupply), eB.S.A.P. (eBelgianStrengthAidProgram) programs will continue and from next Tuesday B.M.R. (BelgianMedalsReward) will be officially launched.

As for our new players, we want to reintroduce YBAS (YoungBelgianAir Supply) immediately, remembering that the Monthly Challenge Awards, the program that rewards articles published with gold, is always active.
All programs are posted on the BIESD website (which is updating) for easy access to find all the information you need.

Another goal is to increase activity: thanks to Trivia Nights, Media Competitions and potential combat events.


Me, myself and I

Before getting to the Cabinet, a little about me for those who don't know who I am.
I first joined the game in October 2014, in Italy, and like many others I left the game after a few months due to a complete lack of guidance for newcomers.
After 8 years I decide to return to the game and in October 2020 I emigrated to Belgium and quickly joined the community, growing as a soldier thanks also to the very important support of Curlybear and all the members of ATO and starting my political career as MoE, an experience that has been going on for 9 months and that has formed me a lot.

I am looking for new players to join my team and discover an aspect of the game that has probably never been explored to provide them with the opportunity to get closer to the political world to come, therefore, deputy posts are open for the various ministries.
