Dear citizens of the new world,

I would be honored to introduce to you - Hydra, the alliance found between the countries of Macedonia, Lithuania, Latvia and France.

Hydra is an organization based on common ideas and goals, on union, organization, taking action, on military operations, and we hope to see it grow and become widely known for its competence and acceptance.

The first Headquarter is temporary, and it is consisted of current government representatives of each founding country.

May this be a beginning of a new successful alliance!
