The Department of the Interior is proud to announce the resumption of the Vootsman Anti-Tax (VAT) Program! The VAT Program is a tax refund program sponsored by our generous donor and glorious military leader Herr Vootsman. Every week a set amount of money will be paid out from a fund to anyone who signs up for a tax refund. The amount paid out to each person who signs up is dependant on how many people sign up each week.

The steps to sign up are simple! To sign up for a VAT tax refund, simply look for Congressman Arrden's VAT posts on the national feed and leave a comment. Then just wait for Herr Vootsman to send you your payment!
