Time For Change

While We The People has done an admirable job in running the eUSA and returning us to some semblance of respect among the leadership of other eCountries, it is time for a change.
I am proposing that we reelect Ronald Gipper Reagan for a term as President. He has served in the post before and he has done so admirably. I believe if we put him at the helm once more that he will help to continue to improve the relations of the eUSA with other nations and alliances.

By definition, the word "reelect" means that the person in question was elected before in the spot of Country President. So I simply want to ask: when RGR was elected eUSA CP in the past?
