The last 24 hours have been filled with master class plays, by a master class cabinet, and master class allies.

Serbia
Yesterday through diplomacy, media presence, region elimination, and positional placement of allies, we managed to dissuade Serbia from landing in Mexico.

Securing North America
Last night I noticed that Canada was fighting Portugal in the province of Mayo. Canada’s engagement in this battle was only possible by going through Newfoundland and Labrador. Canada was on track to lose in Mayo, and Portugal would have slowly chased Canada across North America giving them a strong presence in North America. However, if we took Newfoundland and Labrador, the war would close as NO border would exist between Portugal and Canada and Portugal would be blocked from entering Canada unless it spent 300 gold, declared a new war and got a border with Canada.
So what did I do? We made Newfoundland and Labrador, an American priority and took it closing out the war.

Portugal infuriated
Portugal was infuriated. They were madder than a wet chicken. They immediately declared war on America.

Albania, Argentina, Greece
Upon seeing the declaration of war, the swiftest of action was taken.
Albania retook the initiative in Massachusetts, and is preparing to go into New Hampshire. Greece attacked Newfoundland and Labrador and will be moving into Cork and Argentina attacked New York. These moves will stop Portugal at Maine.

Airstriking Thailand
Our allies requested an airstrike on Thailand in order to slow down the expected romp through Thailand by Serbia, who has a pending airstrike. The fewer regions they have, the better. Congress is advised to HOLD, and not vote as we watch the situation develop.
