When I were British Citizen, there was a program to help those members under 20 with daily food and weapon to improve their living as good Citizen, I don't know there is a program in Israel too or not? If there is an account that help like that please inform me to help our citizens.

We had such state's programs for years...we even had state's Air Project tha we were giving cc for air damages...
Personally i ve done it by personal fundings too...The problem with low levels accounts is that you re not sure if they re gonna continue playing or they ll abandon it in 1-2 months...
95% of them are abandoning the game...so its lot of waste resources usually.
I'm a new player and I do not intend to abandon I would love to help as much as possible
