eUSA Free-ish Q2 House Program [FQ2HP]

Hi,
as of now, citizens of the eUSA can buy Q2 houses from me and receive 12,5% back, making it free for working citizens in a good residence.
Each citizen gets to receive a discount on one Q2 House once each term of 8 days. A new term starts on a days divisible by 8. So this one starts Day 4136, the next one 4144, then 4152 and so on.
How it works and what requirements there are, you can read about in my previous article: erepublik.com/en/article/2692528
There are some changes however. to the organization and some optimations:
- You have to message me your screenshot via PM
- The screenshot has to be cut in a way that it contains
1. the date and time
2. your avatar or name
in order to prevent some abuses.
- Every eUS citizen is egilible. Citizens on a mission abroad can message me and I may include you. I will decide this totally arbitrarily.
- I will have a blacklist. This blacklist is independent from any other blacklist of the eUSA. I only (arbitrarily) include people who are actively harmful to the eUSA or using multis for political gain, including those multis.
Blacklist: Chickensguys, Dominar Rygel XVI
So, a short summary
- be an eUS citizen
- be in a Residence with less than 100 inhabitants
- buy a Q2 house from me, make a screenshot
- activate the Q2 house, also a Q1 house*
- send the screenshot to me
to receive 12,5% of the price back.
*it's profitable for you, so I want to encourage you to use a Q1 house as well
For the first term, I will check the requests and hand out the discounts.
However, if a lot of people participate, I will need someone else doing this work for me because I'm lazy. (also expect maybe a few days of delay for the donations)
This person will be paid a salary each 8 days and has to be PM'ed instead of me, except for special, individual requests.
On a sidenote, the eUS government will maybe pay a share of the discounts. It's not a disaster if not, but I would like to save some money for other things I have in mind... also it's just fair to get back at least the VAT and Work Tax for the Q2 houses.

Oh awesome! I just read that the government might share some of the cost. Now THAT is American! Nothing like state sponsored discrimination.
Well, the participation is way lower than I expected. So it won't even be worth the time to request tax refunds for this.
Also it's not state sponsored discrimination because I only exclude individuals for being a certain kind of hole.
