Dinnyin for eUSA Country President
Dinnyin
Good morning my fellow eAmericans:
Today each of us places 1 click to shape the future of our nation. I urge you to place that click for me.
There is quite a bit of misinformation going around about some actions that I committed the first time that Chickensguys ran for Country President, just last month. The whole of those actions were declassified by the then sitting president, and posted to Public Congress where all could see. What is confusing for some is the part that I had in what went down.
Most of you are aware, but some choose to forget that my opponent is a former Enemy of the State. This isn't a designation that Congress throws around willy nilly. This player has earned that designation through his participation in multiple attempts to engage and participate in attempted political takeovers of our nation and its top political parties. Some may say that this is all just a mechanic of the game and that if he was successful, so be it. However, enough people who were in Congress at the time believed that his actions were enough to give him a designation which, to my knowledge, was only ever held by 3 people including himself.
My actions last month were to protect the country I have defended and actively helped to shape since the first day that I started playing in this community. eAmerica is my community, always has been and always will be. I committed those actions in the best interest of the country, and I would gladly do it again. Things may be going well now, but that is my opponent's modus operandi. Eventually, something is going to break, and when it does on what side of that history do you want to be sitting?
My platform is simple:
1) Better domestic programs to give more back to the people.
2) Mending fences and building bridges between various factions in our community.
3) Continued support of our allies and participation in our alliance, CODE.
4) Facilitating fluid communication between both branches of our government.

the meta forum game is the problem, do away it already

Count, I'm not sure that it's a problem. It is definitely much easier to find things on our forum than it is to try and search through in-game messages and feeds. It may not work for everyone, but in my experience, you have to be adaptable to your environment or figure out a way to make it adapt to you (the former is much easier than the latter).
I agree with the ease of info., for those in the know (know where to look), but for a new player it is just another hurdle to become invested in game. It should be an option not an obligation. The tCP is claiming that to be active one MUST go to forum or be left out. That is wrong imho
Count, forums are where many political parties conduct their business. The same is true of my part, the Feds. We do some stuff on our forums, though it is surely a lot less than we used to do. Our party primaries are conducting on the forum and a post is placed on our in-game feed each time an election is about to take place, to give players time to sign-up or request access if they don't already have it. So, much of the player's experience on the forum is tied to party leadership and how proactive they are. Perhaps tCP's party leadership isn't fulfilling this need?
I understand your argument, do you understand mine? That a player signs up for eRep. and then MUST sign up for meta forum game to participate in eRep.'s politic model, is total bullshit. It should ONLY be an option not an obligation.
Count, I hear what you're saying. Unfortunately, the community developers have not provided a great platform for social interaction. It would be nice if there was a better solution, but at this time this is all we have.
For reference, it was announced that the primary was occurring on the forums, we had a few folks make nominations, as far as I can tell Count del L Snowflake was not one of them. There was an extended period past the typical nom timeline just in case some folks missed it.
Forum protocol are to slow for what erepublik have become. Forum rats need to arrived in 2019 .. they still live in the past and cant accept it has become obsolete.
Groot, we also have Discord. So there is a contemporary component to our community. Back in the day IRC was the de facto standard, then we made the shift to Discord. What we need to be cautious of is continually changing platforms and losing people along the way. For all the faults of the forums, they've been stable and available for the better part of this community's existence. That means a lot to a lot of people.
MAybe, but if you keep kicking and banning people who oppose their opinion to yours over there too.. its counter productive.
To my knowledge the only ones who get banned from the forums entirely have done something to offend the administrators of the forum, congress has little sway over this.
Now we do control who has access to private congress as a necessity of government, but even those who are temporarily censured or even blacklisted still may use the forums.
Parties have had their own forums since almost the beginning, now many of them have transitioned to sub-forums on eUSA making the process easier, as they can be found in one place.
Exceptions exist, WTP, BSP, and SFP.
Unless if I am unaware of it, WTP ceased to operate forums under CGs tutelage.
BSP has certain issues with eUSA, but they still operate their own stand alone forums.
SFP has a massive forum containing information that would prove difficult to migrate, therefore we still operate our own as well.
The fact of the matter is that you can't get a fair primary conducted in game, the mechanics do not allow us such an option. Nothing has changed with the game mechanics since I was first here in 2010, the developers expect us to magically know if an account is a multi and hold primaries entirely on trust.
We need the forums to protect our system of government from perversion, and the fact that 'every other country' has quit using them is only a sign that every other country has quit caring about the sanctity of their elections.
In RL we have always marched to our own drum inthe USA, I find it unironic that we should carry our proclivity into an online game such as this.
It is the American way.
In fact I remember every Party having their own separate forum with the exception of 2-3 one being USWP.
USWP had them for awhile if I remember correctly, it has been a number of years since I was in the party.
Of course they (tCP/USWP) have a sub forum on eUSA now for sure.
Back since 2012 I know they were a sub fourm
I think you will do fine. o7
o7 keep it up.

Vote CG !
so to be active, leave game ( ???) go to forum, discord and telegraph...what about mixer?
If someone wants to, fine, but to have to is a bad joke
no one's on mixer except clopoyau haha
right, and FAR more entertaining and helpful, than those other three I mentioned
yah but his voice is annoying.. gotta keep the volume to minimum haha
blasphemy, FULL blast so the neighbors get the experience too!
Groot, there is more to the game, this community, than just clicking a reg button. My opponent doesn't seem to think so because he has done literally ZERO outside of the military module.
I have 50 people chatting and having fun in live action on Telegram to prove to prove you wrong.
And which community do those 50 people belong to, Groot?
eAmerican Community
there's more thing happening in 1 day on Telegram eUSA community than you had in 1 year on the forum 🙂
Quantity 😕= Quality.
Activity = Stronger eUSA
Can confirm Telegram is an absolute blast and it's definitely not just a circlejerk of 5 tanks calling out BHs for each other.

I have rarely seen such a big difference in votes between the leader and the runner up . I guess that settles the debat between active IG players and forum players;
And just to add it would be about time that we put our "warstack" to good use and help active players on the battleground as those players account for a very large part of the contributions to our treasury. .
What's the contribution of the "forum rats" to ther overall game or fun of the game? None as far as I'm concerned
I know you can do so much better than this, it's a shame.B
Yui, as a fellow member of the Federalist party I would really like to know what you find in this article that is factually inaccurate?
Interesting that the eUSA forums have become an issue in this election.
I mean no disrespect (I swear), but there has been a cold civil war about this since the last election.
The forums are open to all eUS citizens as long as they follow rules. Moderators are there to enforce the rules. There are reasons why certain players are not allowed at the forums.
